I dont eat anything for breakfast, ever. Unless I have some particular important thing like a test, exam or when I go to the doctors for some blood test check ups sometimes it is a requirement to eat something.

I bet the real Rainbow Dash, at least the human version, would probably say the same thing. She strikes me as the type to eat healthily in order to maintain her physical awesomeness.
