Is it just me or are songs not special any more

There's just too many songs.

Imagine five more years of this, since the show is apparently gonna go on that much longer. I have personally noticed a decline in song quality as of this season, but at least some have been genuinely good. But ya I think I agree that the problem lies with there being such an unnecessarily high amount of songs lately. Magical mystery cure's 7 or so songs sure as hell didn't help the situation, if anything that's where the decline began I think.
