Changelings possibly crashing the Equestria games?

I am going to start DVR recording season 4 this saturday. People are speculating that season 4 is building up to something big, like it's one big story. I highly doubt this will happen, but would you like to see the Equestria games involve a changeling revenge plot? I know it's slim to none, but what if we had the first MLP season to end on a cliff hanger? Because Adventure Time has mixed things up and that's actually working in the shows favor. People are saying songs aren't special anymore. So what if we had something like this occur to make season 4 stand out from the rest? Because honestly season 2 is the best season! It had the best opening 2 parter and ending 2 parter. It gave us Discord and Chrysalis and in my opinion it has the best score. 

 

So would you like to see maybe the last 3 episodes of season 4 involve a revenge plot? Maybe have some struggles?

I've always had this idea of a changeling marching band, and having their rehearsals go in the style of the SpongeBob episode "Band Geeks"

This could make for an interesting plot twist. I'd love to see Queen Chrysalis again, and her changeling army. Maybe it'd be the finale episode, and we'd get to see the mane 6 use Rainbow Power against her Changeling army? Oh man, that'd be so epic.

I'd love it if the Changelings and Chrysalis came back, but I think that if we do have a returning villain, it's gonna be King Sombra, especially since the Equestria Games are taking place in The Crystal Empire.

 

But if they did come back, that would be amazing!

 

Also, I wanted to add that the songs aren't special anymore doesn't know what they're talking about, Apples to the Core and the entire Pinkie Pride episode were superb!!

I've been wondering about this myself. They're building up the Equestria Games, but will they be their own episode, a two parter, or will they happen for the finale to be interrupted by a villain attack???

I really don't want new villains every single time. Mane-iac is an exception because that was a special comic book episode. I want to see Chrysalis have her character developed like Discord. I want to find out why she has a black heart and why she wants to enslave ponies. Because Discord already has an established character and we know he is a saint version of the Joker with super natural bending powers.

That idea did cross my mind when the Equestria games were mentioned. The 3 things I see happening are EQ games is it's own episode, something bad happens during the games involving the box, or 3 the Changelings attack.

But that can't happen because of what Chrysalis is.

 

Unlike her army, Chrysalis may be a sentient ruler, but she is also a parasite, and we all know the only capability of a parasite. Feeding. Like in Halo when the Flood sought to assimilate all sentient life, the Changelings seek only to devour all of the love in Equestria. There can never be a better opportunity for Chrysalis to strike back than now, because as Meghan McCarthy said "Sombra is definitely dead", plus she may still have some of the love harvested from Shining Armor increasing her strength and power, making her like Megatron from Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (Megatron was killed by the Allspark in Transformers 1, but when he was revived in the second film, fragments of the Cube made him stronger than in the first. The point I'm making here is if Hasbro choose to spin Chrys that way, she will be significantly stronger than in A Canterlot Wedding, to the point where even Celestia cannot fight her without losing)

 

Overall, Chrysalis is a villain with huge potential. If love can increase her strength, then the Games would be in grave danger if she does re-appear. Here's hoping!

It would certainly be interesting. I suppose I wouldn't mind it.

 

But, considering Cadence and Shining Armor are in charge of the Crystal Empire, and they defeated Queen Chrysalis before, I'm not so sure she'd go for it. She may come silently, quietly, by herself, and replace Shining Armor this time. That may work.

I actually think that would be pretty awesome, since we only got to see the changelings for one episode.

I'd  be nice if some of the changelings got some actual dialog too.

I actually see that happening, if they do return for some reason. It would be a site to see, maybe the Changelings will return just to invade the Equestria Games.

I really want sombra to come back but it seems cheesy to do so during the equestrian games. I think that cadance and shining should have a kid. that gets kidnapped by sombra. and that would be awesome. but throw everyone off just a tad by having it be a pegasus just like cadence originally was. but for the changelings to come back! that would be so awesome!

That is actually plausible for Chrysalis and the Changelings to return and to the Crystal Empire, out of all places since that's where the Equestria Games are being held.

 

Chrysalis.........despite having a limited amount of screen time in part 2 of A Canterlot Wedding, she's is definitely a pony that no one would want to tangle with. She's cunning, intelligent, devious, takes a mission seriously but also plays it smoothly and with no hesitation whatsoever and she certainly knows how to twist and manipulate other ponies for her own use as demonstrated slyly when she used her brainwashing spell as a headache remedy for Shining Armor, siphoning off of his love. She's very much capable of being Equestria's greatest threat and everypony's possible ultimate end if she showed her face during the Equestria Games and that cliffhanger would've taken the cake, making season 4 the first ever season to end on a cliffhanger.
