I'll just say that this is jacked up, but it really isn't.  But it fits with the thread.

The story: David Draiman, lead singer of Disturbed, got a girlfriend pregnant at one point. He had gone through the emotional roller coaster already and was ready to be a father just before there was a miscarriage. The song is expressing his grief over it but some of the lyrics like "why was it only in death were you redeemed, my child?" and "I pray you were redeemed, my child" imply that he worries that the child was considered sinful (Draiman was raised Jewish though does not practice it directly). It's a teaching in some religious factions that children are born sinful which is why there is baptisms at birth so I'm sure he didn't like the idea of that.

I'm sure this isn't as bad as some songs in this topic but it always seems to hit home with me for some reason. Maybe it's because Disturbed is my favorite band and I've followed them since their first album. Edited by Discordian

Not sure if my childhood was ruined or made more badass as a result of this song.

I'm a part Fluttershy person and I liked that? I'm just creepy...

This song's lyrics are a little messed up.

This reminded me of one of (creepy pony videos making person which had also made Smile HD) first video XD

Flutters is my #2 pony and I really liked this song so by that measure I guess I'm creepy too

I refuse to let go until you're impressed.
I refuse to let go until I'm depressed.
