Yeah, I hate varkids! Especially when you miss one or two, and they evolve into badass varkids.

First of all, these guys.

In the original game, they would eat your shield and force you to drop hard earned rupees on something you already bought.

And then there is this guy.

Hovers out of your reach until he comes swooping down extremely fast. Couple that with the fact that it's two hits and then you're dead makes defeating him a near impossible feat.

Chrysalids from the X-COM series. They have a ton of health and anyone that gets killed by one becomes a zombie that turns into a chrysalid in a few turns.

The campaign AI from any modern COD game. And I don't mean the ones that shoot at you. I'm talking about the guys that are supposed to be on your side, but get in the way of your fire, block you from retreating from grenades, take more fire than an M1A1 Abrams MBT, and always find a way to block all your progress. Oh, and lets not forget when they take your amo, alert the enemy to your position, and or get cliched into a wall, and they are the only ones who can open that wooden door to the next check point.

Banjo-KAZOOIE: Bulls, Skeletons/Mummies, Living Pipes, and the Zumbas

Body Harvest: Alien Warriors (The big gold ones that first appear in java), Harvesters, Anything from the comet level.

Ocarina of Time: Keese. Like Likes. Poes. THE WATER TEMPLE!!!!! (16 hours in game to finally finish it first time)

Mario bros series: Hammer Bros, Lakitus, Flying Koopas.

Pokemon: Golbat. (Seriously, almost every bad guy had this damn thing by mid game,..)

Twilight Princess: The Yeti boss. Ganon(Wolf Form)

Skyward Sword: The Final Boss (way too easy), Ghirahim.

Kingdom Hearts 1: Large Bodies, Invisibles, Wyverns

Dragons in skyrim are easy, just use dragonrend and a bow, then down they go. that aside, the enemies that are the most annoying have to go to... All of the enemies in Dark Souls.

In the multiplayer missions of Mass Effect 3, Banshees are incredibly annoying to me. They have pretty high defenses, they can teleport around, and they have an instant kill close-range attack.

 

I know what you mean about deathclaws.

I agree with the banshee's, I got grabbed by them 5 rounds in a row once! Although after logging a lot of hours in MP I think the phantoms became one of my most hated enemies. With their cloak ability and their palm blaster they would rip your shields down from long range and could one hit you if they were close with their sword, that and they came is swarms!

 

Some other enemies that annoy me to death are:

   Droidekas - Battlefront 2

   Raid bosses - Borderlands 2

   Geth Bombers - Mass Effect 1,3
