For those expecting Trixie shipping...

I'm sorry. I'm so sorry.

For those not in the know, this is based off one of the more infamous of the Doctor Who episodes following the 2005 reboot. Honestly, that episode wasn't too bad until it decided to go full retard at the last minute and we got the monstrosity before you. And the last minute or two is straight up nightmare fuel. Had a cool soundtrack, though.

It looked like a pony meatball.

Oh shit, I get it!

I see Gilda, Sunset, Suri, and Lightning Dust in that weird ball of Pony and fecal matter :D

They're all foils to RD, Twilight, Rarity, and RD (again >_>) respectively :D

Trixie, at one point, was considered to be a foil to Twilight, but now that's in question  because of the ending of Magic Duel.

Basically, you're stating Trixie > the other foils, and also more interesting, because she's not in the ball of doodie.

Which is true, bro :D

It's a reference to a Doctor Who episode (Love and Monsters), commonly regarded as the worst of the new series.

I flippin love this.

Love and Monsters ain't that bad, though I'm well aware that I'm one of only 5 people who thinks that way.

"Fear Her" is much worst, actually. It's just that this one is so utterly bizarre and twisted in the way it goes off the rails, so it gets more attention.

I absolutely agree. Even if I did think the episode was a failure, at the very least it would be an interesting failure, as opposed to Fear Her which is just a load of blah from beginning to end.

Please explain further.
Within the context of the episode, a bunch of misfits get together to share their obsession with finding out all they can about the Doctor. Most of the episode is basically a tribute to geeky fandom (they become friends, share interests outside of the Doctor, enrich each others lives, and even form an ELO cover band), so it's actually sort of fun.

But then they all get absorbed by Radioactive Fat Bastard, the Doctor acts like a dick, and then one of them suffers an eternal hell in which they are turned into a piece of pavement. Sort of mucks the vibe, as you can probably guess.

I guess what I am implying is that all the "Anti-Mane Six" characters are in a club before getting absorbed by the deformed love child of the Genie from Aladdin and Mike Wazowski.

Peter Kay did a wonderful job though, I must say.

Love the art.

Blowjob. Concrete Face.

Actually, I really liked the concept of Fear Her (the spore, the manifestation of the father). If they had just scaled it down a bit (just one neighborhood or so) it would have been pretty sweet.

Yeah, conceptually it's fine, but the episode doesn't really capitalize on the concept. I think the biggest failing is the child actress they hired. She was...not very good, to be kind.
