uhm... i don't play too much rpg games but in fallout 4 is possible to rename guns so...

i mostly use "sistematic" names just like:

 

1 part = gun tipe like: pistol or sniper or other

2 part = gun name: in fallout 4 kind: 10MM or BB gun or  cryolator or other guns

3 part = special perks: for example: automatic or suppressed or even OP sometimes

 

so the final result is:

pistol - 10MM - suppressed

sniper - militar sniper

laser - shotgun - auto.

special - minigun - triple b.

and so on...

 

the good thing is that they are in alphabetical order so i will find all the pistols or other in order
