Hot, 100%. Even if I come back home sweating from the heat I take with hot water. I try to lower the temperature after working out

Believe it or not, I actually use cold water.  It's not the most pleasant experience (hyperventilation and constant shivering aren't exactly fun), but I've heard that cold showers are better for blood circulation, skin, and hair... So I bear with it.

I don't have a particular favorite, just as long as it smells good and actually works, and as long as it isn't too much of a cheap brand.
