I suppose people see it as putting Twilight a step above all her friends, and it makes it so things are more 'centered' around her rather than a group of 6 friends.

Either A Canterlot Wedding or Twilight's Kingdom

A Canterlot Wedding because the story of it was quite engaging, and it had me almost crying at a certain part, and the music, although my favorite song in that episode was Love is in Bloom.

Twilight's Kingdom because it tackles the issue of "What is your purpose in life?" and the music, need I say more?
