True enough, but the stats are a fairly good guideline for a character's current capabilities. I think we recently had a level up, too

that is kind of the reason I had Hazmat put him in sleep mode, so that he wouldn't detect Ana... 

 

now I could always make it so that Hazmat messes up while trying to repair ED-E's database which causes ED-E's Sensors to weaken.

I am unsure of what situation is when it comes to new participants, but I would like to participate in this roleplay, if possible. I do know that the OP says that it is allowed, but I rather double-check before I decide to "crash" the roleplay, so to speak.

Considering that I'm on Chapter 30 on Fallout: Equestria and have beaten both Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. I think my knowledge should be sufficient enough. I'll read the roleplay and make a character.
