Do you still feel twilight is the main character? IF so why?

This is exactly how it should be, no single main character. A collective main character - mane 6 and partially CMC.
Twilight is just the most important pony, she is their leader and it seems to me that she often tries to sound most mature of all of them when they are solving some problems. But besides of this, they are all equal.

YES.

She's still best mane character.

Still best Princess.

Still best Alicorn.

Still best...Oh wait, I'm getting off topic.

Since Season 4, I don't still get the same feeling that Twilight Sparkle is the mane character of the show. She certainly felt like it in Seasons 1-3 and Equestria Girls, but now the other ponies of the mane 6 have been getting more screen time than Twilight Sparkle, so it's now starting to feel like everypony is the mane character, like I guess how it should have been at first. If you've been a Brony since Season 1, it would be easy for you to recognize that Twilight Sparkle is the mane character, it's very simple to realize over a long time of observation. But for those who are some what new to the series, it may be a little harder to tell first off, besides the amazing alicorn thing she has going on. Still, the intro makes it pretty clear! ^^

I don't consider her the protagonist of the show anymore. I believe she lost that distinction about halfway through the show. It's an ensemble now. There are more episodes centered around the changes in her life, but that doesn't necessarily make her the protagonist of a show with such a strong core of characters. I can name plenty of characters who received more attention in their shows despite not being the star: Seven of Nine on Star Trek Voyager is a great example (and oh, how I hated when she took over that show).
