Now, the Ponies are not even interstellar.

The imperium of man has Exterminatus protocols that if they wanted too. Their "bigger than a star wars star destroyer" space ships would launch attacks on the planet from space. Just a single blast from a titan has enough power to wipe out a quarter of a city.  A half a day and the entire planet would be consumed in ash and fire with no life on it. Exterminatus simply does not kill everything. It "literally" STERILIZES the planet. Not even bacteria and cockroaches survive.

 

A single space marine is genetically engeneered to be the perfect killing machine. You cannot reason with them in any way fashion or manner.

 

MOST of them have anti magic/psychic mind shields or technology. Their armor can withstand the most brutal and savage weaponry in the GALAXY. Not to mention many are older than celestia. Some have the power to control weather, others can open cracks in the earth and swallow people up and instakill them.

 

Not to mention that any single weapon in our real life world can easily kill a single pony no matter who they are and the guns a normal space marine uses are so powerful that only very VERY special human beings with MECHANICAL enhanced strength can even hope to fire one!

 

OH! plus the technology is 39,000 years AHEAD of our current time. Plus ontop of that they have TITANS! Think of gundams but 10x bigger and with more powerful armor and weapons.

 

OH! plus they too can fly and have weapons capible of cutting through the galaxy's most powerful Natural and sentient being created armor and shields.

 

PLUS they have bombs. NUCLEAR bombs. OH! and the Imperium of man is calculated to be something around several HUNDRED TRILLION. Pony world has like....what? A couple mill? A Billion at best?

 

Seriously! Pony world is not that great and so isn't their magic! They are not gods and cannot take on the emperium of man or ANY realisticly violent world outside of their own.

 

Applejack would walk up to a Imperial Guardsmen and kick him and the other 100 soldiers in his platoon would laser her to death.

 

Rainbow dash would go mach 10 and only to be shot down from craft or capible soldiers. She could try to attack a titan but loose horribly.

 

Fluttershy would do the only smart but ultimately futile thing and run.

 

Pinkie would try to make them laugh and they would just shoot her in the head.

 

Celestia might have power to do stuff but ultimately be killed brutally by a Commisar or a Space Marine Chapter commander.

 

Rarity would die like a foo because. What she gonna do?

 

Twilight Sparkle might survive for a little while but probably end something like pleading for her life and her friends lives who are still left alive all crying her eyes out after seeing most of her friends die in front of her and then someone puts her down in a really sad heartless fashion.

 

 

Keep in mind those who do not know the real "darkness" of the 40k world. We are talking about a world where war is 100% of everything in the universe. Mankind has been at endless war for about 35 thousand years or so. There is no inbetween peace or anything like that. It is the darkest, most depressing, endless war, heartless bloodshedding world you can imagine times ten fold.

 

There is no compassion or love or tolorance or understanding or honesty or sharing. Hatred and Intolorance and bloodlust are mankinds most sacred values. Without them humanity will parish.

 

Preists preach about hatred and instill it into the men woman and children. Kill, rape, murder, slay, flog, smite, dash, slice, cut, shash, destroy, burn, grill, annihilate, explode, bombs, blitzkriegs, disembowl, decapitate, rub out, GENOCIDE GENOCIDE GENOCIDE....perfect

 

That is the mindset of 100% of every living thing that is human or dirived from human or the emperor in this world.

 

So as you an see, Ponies aint got no chance.

 

Starwars, startrek, doctor who, 98% of all Anime, probably every cartoon character world ever imagined would have little to zero chance of ever fighting back against the Imperium of man and winning.

 

They are too numerous, technology is too powerful, the world they are from is too far gone in order for anything else but itself to stand a chance.

 

I hate to say it but even the comic book worlds of DC and Marvel would have to throw their ENTIRE might at the 40k universe to stand a chance against them. Yes that includes their gods and future superman and all the speculations etc. The imperium is that power.

If Equestria couldn't deal with a changeleing invasion (they only won because of that bullshit "power of love" crap there's no way they could do anything to the IoM. as you said the Imperium of man lives in a dark and hateful world. so with the elements the ponies wont fight them. they will heal them

 

the elements have been shown to be able to bring light and love to even the most spiteful of ponies. so why not man?

 

even if the Imperium bombed from space, using Celestia's power over the sun mixed with the elements, they could bring peace to an entire star system at a time  

 

in closing i like to say that if there was a battle between ponies and the Imperium, the Imperium would be the only ones fighting the war well the ponies are working to ending it.

Thus yes they do have the warp. Equestria stands little to no chance against the imperium as the only thing that can save them would have to be the same reason the Tau Empire survived, they're so weak and the imperium has much bigger threats to worry about that they ignore them. But since the imperium is bent on destroying Equestria apparently, a fleet from the imperial navy is more than enough to easily defeat Equestria and the FIM verse.

I mean, if living within Tau society is so great that everyone who lives close to them joins them... how many more would be willing to betray a rotting corpse and his heartless meat grinder of a society where the individual counts for nothing for the utopia that is Equestria?

 

So the horsies would suddenly have a HUGE army that consists of everyone the imperium sends their way to destoy them.

 

That sounds entirely reasonable... doesn't it?

The Imperium may be besieged on all sides, but it would only require some of its enemy's to unite fell it. And ponies with discord at their side are very good at persuasion... imagine it, ponies could unite the Orks, Tau, Chaos(Discord would merely control Chaos), Eldar, etc. I think Ponies have a high probability of winning.

Well yes, if the Imperium's enemies were to unite, it would fall. Of course, one vs one, that's not a factor.

 

And I don't know if Discord COULD control Chaos. I don't think he is quite as stong as Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle or Slaanesh.
