He asked, but seeing the look on his unicorn friend's face he immediately regretted asking the question.

Drakk looked at Midnight in a strange and surprised way

 

"Alicorn? what Alicorn?"

 

Said Drakk as he used a memory spell to replace their memories of seeing an Alicorn in the tavern and changed so they saw a Pegasus instead.

 

"I truly have no idea what you're talking about! The mare you saw at the table with me was a pegasus, if she would've been an Alicorn I would've been really surprised"

 

Drakk said, hoping that the spell had worked.

Midnight was just sitting there wondering what he was talking about. "What are you talking about!?"

He asked. Midnight was wondering why drakk was sitting there saying alicorn over and over and acting guilty. He was starting to peice together what happened pretty quickly after that. "Don't worry" he said "I don't have anyone to tell". He hoped this would stop his friend from producing a pint of sweat and acting like a small filly who had eaten all of the cookies and was trying desperately to make sure their parents didnt find out

Drakk acted like he got dizzy.

 

"Oh sorry, I think I drank too much apple cider."

 

Drakk breaths a sigh of relief.

 

"Anyways, I'm leaving Ponyville soon, on my way to Fillydelphia.Anything you want me to say before I leave?Oh yeah, here, take these"

 

Drakk levitates 10 bits from his backpack and puts it on the table.

 

"There you go bud, might come I'm need sometime"

 

Drakk smiles while he bites his apple he took up earlier.

She smiled at the gift Drakk gave her as he galloped out of the hospital, seeming eagered to get out of there. She sighed with relieft and stared at the amulet for awhile. It went against her beliefs to use it however... as her father had always taught her to never take the easy ways out to fixing her problems, including to master her alicorn magic. Nonetheless she put it around her neck for a short time just to admire it's beauty... then casted a teleportation spell on it, sending back to her home, the cave up over Ponyville.

 

Oh won't Night Lights be surprised when he gets this!   She giggled as the amulet poofed away from her neck back to her home. Then she flew out of the hospital, flying back to her home herself since she wasn't confident her teleportation abilities weren't strong enough to deliever her miles away. She also managed to focus teleporting her pictures as she left, flying over Ponyville as she headed out. Tomrrow morning would be a long day...for she knew that Fluttershy would be giving her the word on what was wrong with Zera...

That would be delightful! I will be here by tomorrow afternoon, after my mission. However, in the meantime, I would like to hear more about these "cartoons". He said with a smile.

It's an illusion that your eyes create, and it's quite fascinating." She smiled as she took out a piece of paper. Using her unicorn powers, she expertly made it into a little book. Drawing a circle on the first page, and making adjustments to it on the following pages, she flipped through the book quickly. It looked just like a bouncing ball!

The morning was cool and had a scent of crisp honey flowers in the air. It truely was a great day to do her mid morning shopping, while enjoying a to go cup of coffee. But after a little over an hour of treading through Ponyville, her saddle bags getting heavy on her back, she headed back to the tavern, still keeping her hood and cape on to hide her alicorn features.

 

She found an empty table near a window and sat down, placing her saddle bags on the wooden floor and continued to sip her coffee quietly, enjoying its flavor of Vanhoover imported sweet cream and aroma. Sure could use a doughnut to go with this coffee now that I realize it... I wonder if the Tavern sells any, or might recommend me to a baker who spealizes in it. Maybe Sugar Cube Corner does them? She spoke quietly a loud to herself while sipping and staring out at the window, watching other ponies in the morning light get on with their routines.

Flash Forward's eyes widened and a smile appeared on her face. "Sure! It's really easy to learn if you know how to draw, and it's a really fun hobby to get into." She took out another piece of paper, and made it into a small book. "If you know how things move, it's really easy." She paused and took out a pencil, handing it to Night Silent. "Go ahead, draw something!"

(Well, it seems we have finally figured out a way to summon each other.)

Night Silent pondered what to draw for a moment. Then, he began drawing a pony, trotting along, and to his amazement, it worked! He smiled widely again, and said. Oh, glorious! He then put the picture in Flash Forward's face in excitement.

"WOW!" The unicorn was astounded by the night prince's animation. "You're REALLY good at this! When you're not defending the moon, maybe you should make that a hobby!" She smiled as she flipped through the book over and over again with her magic, her aquamarine eyes aglow.

I thank thee for the suggestion. I will definitely take it into consideration! He smiled, then began experimenting with other animations. He then asked, where would I venture to, in order to learn more? He then drew a bird, flying through the air.

She ordered another pot of coffee from the tavern all to herself, feeling still a bit sluggish even after her morning outings to gather supplies. She felt compelled to drink it even if it was too much for her small white belly. Then as if by que of thinking of her belly being full of coffee, it growled loudly from hunger.

 

Darn it, she snorted, getting real bad about remembering to eat my breakfast in the morning!

It was 12:00 in the afternoon and midnight flash was beginning to think about getting out of bed

"I guess I've got my money's worth by now" he said as he dragged himself out of bed. He filled the sink with cold water and dunked his head to wake himself up then decided to head to the tavern to get some breakfast. When he entered the tavern he looked around just to make sure that drakk was really gone, he was. But he did recognize drakk's "pegasus" friend. But this morning he didn't feel that much like talking and decided to just order some food and see if she recognized him at all.

Feeling a bit bored and having finished her morning errands and managed to secretly teleport them under her hood back to her home up in the moutains, Blissy decided to pull out her sketch book and draw, feeling the need to jot down some insperation from her daily views at the figures shop, her favorite place to go rather then buying groceries.

 

She began to draw a hybrid, it looked much like a Chimeria, only she invisioned it to have the head of a dragon that looked much like her husband Night Lights, the other head was an elegant gryphon head, and the tail, though rather then a snake tail, it was more of an elegant lion tail with feathers on it. She was sure no creature like that really existed, but she always imagined what it would be like to meet a smiliar being like it. She flipped the page over and decided to draw another figure, this time inspired of the sea..."Sea ponies," she muttered low to herself, "I wonder what sea ponies would be like if they exist..?"

Midnight had finished his food and looked at what the alicorn was doing, she was starting to draw something. He walked over to her and saw that she was drawing sea ponys. "Nice drawing" he thought as it was indeed a nice drawing, it was more detailed than a quick sketch but less detailed than a professional piece, not bad and not great but nice.

She sat up with a start realizing somepony was peering over her shoulder. Quickly she darted the sketch book and pencil back into her saddle bag and pretended to be occupied with her coffee. Not wanting to be rude though, she sighed, "Thank you... its just doodle ideas," she answered before sipping again, then took more liberty to hide her alicorn horn under her hood, hoping he didn't notice.

He knew she probably didn't recognize him as the friend of drakk's which ment that she probaly didn't know that he knew that she was an alicorn, he didn't say anything though "no, there are too many ponys around to say anything" he said quietly to himself then found the table where him and drakk had spoken before and ordered some breakfast

It was a peaceful day for everypony in the tavern they were enjoying there drinks and food. Then suddenly CRASH!!!

A derped eyed pegasus was on the ground with rubble surrounding her." I just don't know what wen't wrong." Exclaimed the mare. She was so embarrassed if she hurt anyone and began to leave form the hole she crated. To her surprise everypony there wasn't mad at her at all but was concerned about what happened and if she was alright. She was surprised on such a quick reality change. One minute she is being muted and shoved to the back by everypony and then she was greeted with open arms of friendship. Suddenly she noticed that she could speak she was so happy she began to shed tears of joy. And now whenever she needs help she comes here to speak her mind. And now she lives a happier life than she did before and spends almost all day in the tavern.
