Well, if they were as intelligent as the show says them to be.. They would have won already, for sure xD Still, canon is canon, even if the show feels the need to "nerf" them for plot reasons.

OT: Celestia is a powerful mage, no doubt(she makes the Dragonborn her bitch) but against legit strong people....she falls short. 

 

Pious Augustus from Eternal Darkness, the Wizard from Fantasia, Babidi from DBZ, the Fairy God Mother from Cinderella, and Rasputin from Anastasia take her down with some trouble.

You would think that, but he will have found a way to escape somehow. He'll then go back to the Batcave and brood until he's figured out how to beat her. And he WILL find a way to beat her. Then he'll go back and kick her ass. And that's just a worse case scenario.

 

Batman probably has already thought out hundreds of possible scenarios where he would have to fight a godlike magical being like Celestia and has already figured out how to win in all of them.

 

If he knows about Celestia in advance, then he will have already come up with a plan to specifically take her out, just in case she turns evil, because "just in case" plans are what he spends every waking moment thinking about.

 

Much more powerful foes than Celestia already have been defeated by Batman's crazy obsessiveness.

Celestia is very powerful, she's hitting 11 ton levels durability wise and is just...yeah. If I had to get a character to compare her to stat wise, it'd be Venom

If he needs to, and given enough time either he'll find a way to do it, or will find a way to work around it. Also, since Dr. Fate is another DC Universe character, then it's going to be extra unfair because Batman probably already has like a small storage room's worth of "just in case" files just for Dr. Fate alone.

 

Also Dr. Fate is a definite worst case scenario. Celestia is nowhere near as powerful as Dr. Fate.

 

You're not going to win this argument. Batman trumps everything. End of story.

Celestia isn't exactly a master strategist, it'll be tough. And even then, while Venom is weak to it, he can survive a lot of punishment. He took an indirect hit from a rocket and while he was screaming in pain and trying to scurry away, he survived it. It was an indirect hit, but considering he's weak to it, it is an impressive showing
