There are so many shows and movies that can get away with stuff like this, so I'll start us off.

I have to say the greatest one I've ever seen is the entire Courage the Cowardly Dog episode "The Mask" the things it snuck right on by:

 

The entire moral was that misandry is bad and just because one man wronged you doesn't make the sex as a whole bad.

The two female leads were implied to be "more than friends"

One of them was being held captive by an abusive boyfriend that was implied to be gangbanger and maybe even her pimp
