It doesn't matter much since Batman won't even see it coming in time. Spider-Man is 40x faster in terms of combat speed than a human

.....Did you just compare Killer Croc with Hulk?! Spiderman staggering Hulk is a huge feat when you consider that Hulk can lift 80 tons while KC is a minor 3 tonner.

 

It's not the size, it's the fact that Hulk is strong as Hell

It's not the size, it's the fact that Hulk is strong as Hell 

I didn't really say Killer Croc nor did I compare them, I said adversaries meaning it could be anyone. That is a huge feat then, just for that I'm going with Spidey.

Mainly, any enemy that is bigger than Batman. Solomon Grundy and Killer Croc, even though both of them together don't really stand a chance against Spider-Man.

Solomon Grundy actually does stand a chance...sometimes. SG's power varies a lot, sometimes he's fodder, other times he's fighting Superman.

 

KC is a wussified version of Lizard. Here are some stats

KC: 3 tons

Lizard: 11 tons

Spider-Man: 10 tons

Bane: 2-3 tons

Venom: 25 tons

Carnage: 50 tons

Rhino: 80 tons

Batman. Honestly I just like him more than I like Spider-man. Spider-man has actual super powers, Batman kicks total ass without super powers. Granted his billions of dollars might help a little... maybe...

TBH, I would pick Spiderman over Batman, b/c I enjoy his comics more.  However, OP, you should've said Venom v.s Batman, (then again I would pick Venom in a heartbeat).

You can quote all the stats and numbers about strength you want, but Spider-Man would lose for one simple reason: He's not Batman.

It'd be a close fight. Spiderman with his strength, speed, and spidey sense. Batman with his gadgets and technology. 

 

I'm not really sure who would win. I'd want Spiderman to win though.

It'd always be a draw. Batman has the biggest database in the world, the greatest gadgets of the world, and he knows the weaknesses of every superhuman. Meanwhile Spiderman has webs and superhuman strength to go with his fighting skills. They could be rivals for all we know.
