As for me, I just got out of a 2 hour long phone call from a company trying to scam me... out of money... it's not a scam company but they definitely have corporate ways of nickel and diming you... so I'm a little salty about that 
But also... very happy to travel and have adventures around the world! I guess it's all about focusing on the small things that make us happy until it builds up. If you ever feel alone, we're here for you... and if you feel the odds are stacked against you... light that fire that says "WIN! You got dis! -- win!!"

I don't have the big picture here. I wouldn’t beat yourself too much about it. It may mean you're just accepting the reality of it and you can (likely) move forward with a clearer mind.
