While that is definitely extreme and could probably have someone arrested, I do think that many people are jerks and the anti brony community does have quite a few facebook pages. I don't know if that counts as organized.

The font, the color scheme, and the imagery suggest it was based off of a communist propaganda poster, most likely Soviet. If you're just talking about the logo in the top left, I'm not as sure, but it's possible.

From my experience................yes they are.  Judging by the DDOS we recently had, is pretty much the "beginning" step, yet they won't and will not stop at anything to get this forum shutdown.  I know b/c my job is to track such cases, like I did here with the DDOS.  Funny, I deal with morons like these on other forums and sometimes, I just want to give them a good kick in the ass on what they did, .   Which reminds me, I have a feeling that the person who caused the DDOS is the same one who created accounts, with those spam threads we had a few days ago.   Most likely it was his "revenge" on what we did to him, which would not surprise me.

 

Rather not go against policy nor off-topic here, but if hack were to happen, within the forums, I think what these forums should have is a "back-up" mod.  What i mean by that is, "covering" the "moderator" title with a standard member account; somewhat of a "reconnaissance" mod in a way. 

 

FurAffinity has a DDoS protection. It basically verifies your IP address to check whether it's a legit one or if it's being used to DDoS attack the servers. Of course it is a perk from their hosts, so I don't know if that could be implemented here.

Honestly, I hate it really. We clearly haven't done anything to them, which means they have no valuable reason to taunt us. All of the bronies and Pegasisters I met are just like normal people, and they are, only with the special fandom knowledge. Normally when I am doing something that's MLP related (fan art, foruming, etc) most people would yell "Brony alert!" And I get really confused. Clearly Anti-Bronies don't truly know the fandom, and all the amazing people that are in it. No matter how hard they try they won't ruin our fandom or our love for MLP. Maybe one day they will join the herd, and realize how wrong they were.

If I were to DDoS this site I would use the site users computers to do so.

Right on! As a history buff I should also add that the bear was an actual symbol of the soviets at times in real life. The words in the picture look Russian style as from a propaganda poster like somepony else said.

Lol, why does this community always act so dramatic? This isn't some stupid war or something. There are just people out there who have a problem with our community. So what? I love how everyone always acts like anti-bronies are stupid when they're normal people like us that just hate the community.

 

PS. DDoS is illegal in 'Murrica.

 

It's still a matter of principal. Sure, it's not a war, but I personally find the idea that I'm hated just for coming to my favorite site to be something bad. I would like to defend this place or at least rest assured that it is defended.

Do I care if they hate us? No. What I care is when that hatred turns into action. Then it's not just hatred, vile as that already is, it's an infringement on our freedom of expression.
