I have a feeling Coldplay is gonna become one of my favorites.

Chris Martin has really outdone himself with songs like Viva la Vida, The Scientist, and Paradise.

My favorite being Viva la Vida.

I've never heard it before, but now it's one of my favorites!

I've been a fan of them since their first album came out and been on their bandwagon for quite a number of years (catching them live everytime they came through denver, collecting live recordings of their shows, picking up every magazine they made an appearance on, and running a fansite for them for several years). If you want to know more about what their best songs are I'd recommend checking out this list of their songs voted the best by their fans in 2010.  I put together a list of how they were just another band and then made their way to the top with a lot of essential events and info on many of the songs. Let me know if you have any questions or want any recommendations as I'd be happy to help. I haven't given them as many listens over the last couple of years (though Viva la Vida is their best album thanks to Brian Eno's help) but my son still goes to bed with them playing every night so i guess I'm glad to help pass the Coldplay love along to a newer generation.

Their songs are quite different than any of the modern day ones.

They're very clean.
