Sorry bout that.  I like Heisei Ghidorah, but Showa Ghidorah was an amazing fighter. 

Monster X was better

You know.........that's one i didn't like at all, tbh.  Im too used to seeing King Ghidorah as a Three-Headed Space Hydra, standing on two legs.  The Four legged Monster X was just....eh, IMO.  His first form though was badass, and that should've been his only form.

Yeah. Keizer Ghidorah wasn't really appealing to me.  In addition, he was way too big, but for Godzilla to throw him like a rag doll, was mind blowing.

Tirek is still a creature of nature, Discord got his ass kicked by him. Therefore, Discord can't screw with all natural forces

And in either case, Godzilla can't steal magic or wield deus ex machina rainbow powers, which are the only things that have ever defeated Discord in actual battle, so what was your point again? .-.

Discord also got sick which laid him bedridden. Being hit with a blast of atomic energy would do wonders for that

400 foot plus tall bear, Ursa Major, certainly stand a chance. And considering that the Legendary Godzilla hasn't shown himself to be psychically resistant, a spell from Twilight or Discord could just brainwash him

Godzilla loses if he's brainwashed. It's not our fault that OP picked one of the worst Godzilla's for this scenario, no psychic resistance and not much power behind his heat rays

No, Kratos would break Pinkie in half like a stick. But Godzilla, unfortunately, can be brainwashed, put to sleep, etc. Mostly because he's an animal. An intelligent animal, but still

As for DBZ, it's only because of the fact that DBZ characters have a tendency to try and tank attacks. This along with their shitty magic resistance in most cases means most DBZ characters get done in by overconfidence. If they were going in for the kill, then MLP dies in seconds.

 

Superman is a similar problem, he's weak to magic, but unlike DBZ, he has taken on the likes of Shazam and so he has a chance of realizing the danger and then reacting accordingly by crushing the attacker

Indeed, Godzilla was somewhat "brainwashed" however, he easily fought it.  Look what happened in Godzilla v.s Monster Zero.

That was Showa Godzilla, Legendary Godzilla has shown no resistance to that

We still have Celestia, Luna, and Discord being able to move stars on their own still.

Still, Godzilla is comparable in the size to the Ursa Major. 

 

As for moving stars around, consider the fact that that Tirek struggled to lift a boulder but was equal to Super Twilight
