Why can't I access some members' profiles?

So I recently noticed I can't access to the profile of some members, like Tholos, Rémi or Frozen Timelord (....)

 

Normally the username of each member is in bold, (and I can click them), but for some members it's not the case.

And my question is: why?

Those are banned members. If their username isn't clickable, it means they were banned.
