I can't really think of the shows I watched a lot... But CN shows suffered from this sometimes. I thought Johnny Bravo got a lot worse after they fired Van Partible, for example (I know some people think the opposite, but I thought the early episodes were a lot funnier and better designed).
One of the shows I watched recently, "The Twisted Tales of Felix the Cat" is also thought to have lost its quality in season 2 (a lot of creative differences, executive meddling and such). I definitely found it weaker than season 1 (more inconsistent in quality, voice changes, one annoying character addition), but not really bad – I'd rank the best episodes about the same as in season 1, but there were definitely some forgettable episodes.

-MLP:FIM after Season 5 (S7 was an improvement but dropped the ball again with S8-9.)
-Hey Arnold after Season 3 (Not a huge decline, but pretty noticeable.)
-Family Guy after Season 5 (S6-8 had its bright spots, but nowhere near the caliber of S1-5.)
-Fairly Odd Parents after Season 5 (The less said, the better.)

Yes, season 7 felt like FiM was getting back to what I liked about the show and then the eighth and ninth seasons felt totally different, IMO.
The fourth season of the 2012 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Nickelodeon cartoon where they went to space when I stopped watching the show.

It's a nice one, for sure.
I think Misterjaw has a pretty good design too, but his personality isn't really my cup of tea.
Usually the Catfish comes up with an idea for him (often it's about catching a fish, sometimes other stuff). Some of the ideas are good, the others not so much, but when Misterjaw inevitably fails (often due to his own stupidity), he blames Catfish. Sometimes I couldn't help but wonder why they were even friends – but I guess knowing a shark is useful when you're living in the sea. And to the shark's credit, he did save him in a couple of episodes.

Concerning music, I've only avoided works from one music artist who's been in the public eye lately for having very misguided views on life that completely conflict with my own. He gets 100% avoidance from me.
Oh, there was one incident that comes to mind with another music artist, maybe @Flutterstep knows.
It was an artist signed with Hospital Records about 10 years ago, they were basically the poster child for them at the time (surpassing High Contrast) and they were well regarded as one of the best producers at the time for that style of music.
But, someone exposed him first for faking DJ sets and he didn't own up to it (one of the co-founders was very public about how disappointed he was, to put it lightly), then later on he was being a complete bigot on so many angles that his contract got cut and, to my knowledge, Hospital made all of his music is either inaccessible for streaming or, if it's available for purchase, payment specifically goes to a charity that he is personally against instead of to him.
Oh and basically Netsky took his spotlight when this was happening.
And there's another one that's quite recent. He's been offering production lessons if people pay him first, but either people only get one lesson out of the many that were promised or they get none and get ghosted afterwards. And with the lessons that do get provided, he literally just goes online and rambles about music then that's it. Doesn't open his DAW or any past projects or anything like that.
Then when people confront him about either getting a refund or getting the lessons done, he tells them the same excuses. All while he's traveling and enjoying himself. Currently he's blaming it on mental health which I could understand if he wasn't continuously taking people's money and traveling all over the place.
Also he (allegedly) screwed with an event space. He made them drive from one end of Europe to another but he wasn't there at all because his excuse was bogus to begin with. Wasted their time and money.
With the former, I am somewhat okay listening to their music now since the money doesn't go to them, though admittedly I don't listen to it often. But with the latter, it hurts because I'm quite attached to the songs they put out. To be fair though, it used to be a duo and just over 10 years ago one of them left to pursue their own music project and this guy stuck with the name but rarely released anything. Makes you wonder who was really the musical genius behind the project...

Generally I try to but I have my limits of course. I can enjoy listening to say The Smiths and Morrissey despite Morrissey's constant stupid statements. The stuff he spews isn't as outright hateful as some. And The Smiths still have other band members many of who don't like or agree with Morrissey. Now with say a certain rapper with a cardinal direction for a last name... Yeah he's too far gone I'm not supporting him.
