  1. that's...pretty much it in a nutshell...you just need to be careful, about who you're talking to...you never know, just who is on the otherside of the screen after all. do I think it's stupid? no...I just think, if you're only limiting yourself to FB, or e-mails, then it should be fine...
  2. I've got one, that's quite old...it's Tenderheart from Carebears...I remember my uncle got it for me for christmas one year...still got it too...I doubt I could ever sell it...even if someone offered me alot of money, it's just has too much sentlemental value to me. :\
  3. free shwag is always nice to have...provided I survive the holiday season...working in retail can be brutal during this time of year.
  4. here's another I just came across...really awesome IMO.
  5. my family tends to misspell my name from time to time...after this long though, it doesn't bother me as much as it used to...in World of Warcraft, people tend to mispronounce my characters name...that tends to bug me a bit...but not too much.
  6. yeah, seeing Bryan get plastered with either the triple power bomb, or the RKO week in, and week out, is getting old...but to see him lose at NoC, due to outside interfernce that the ref may or may not even see, would be the ultimate slap in the face. they say, the storyline is better, than it's ever been, yet the Labor Day ratings for Raw, were at it's lowest since Canada Day, so that's saying quite a bit. they love to see Bryan as the rebel...but to see him, week in, and week out get beaten up by the same guys, losing over and over again? people will eventually just tune over to TNA or watch something else. and it's the same thing on Smackdown too, so there's no real hope of something exciting happening for the hero in this story...:| my predictions for NoC though are as follows: Rob Van Dam vs. Alberto Del Rio©(w) Daniel Bryan vs. Randy Orton ©(w) Dolph Ziggler (w-DQ) vs. Dean Ambrose © Naomi vs Brie Bella vs Natalya (w) vs AJ Lee © CM Punk (w-DQ) vs Curtis Axel and Paul Heyman I for one, am getting tired, of seeing Ambrose get himself DQ'd, just to retain...when was the last time the Shield even won a match by pinfall? edit: Daniel Bryan is stripped of the title just 24 hours after winning it back...yeah, if that's not a slap to the face, I don't know what is. :| edit: so...Shawn Michaels as the special gest ref, costs Bryan the match, by delivering Sweet Chin Music to him, giving Orton the win...yeah, I gotta say, Bryan winning at NoC was a waste of time after all. :| Ziggler was right...the WWE chooses one guy, to represent the company, and good or bad, that's who they stick by for years and years...:|
  7. sadly, the WWE stands by their choices, be they good or bad. just like they've done with backing up Cena for 8 long years...only now, it's Orton's turn. and so long as they've chosen him, Bryan will never get a chance at being WWE champion ever again...and once Cena returns, that'll be it for everyone else. he'll get all the title shots, all the fame, and become the "posterchild" of the WWE again. there will be a revolution against Triple H...but this will take a long time to perfect the story...right now, you've got Ziggler and Show, who've been pushed around...in the coming weeks, we're likely to see, who else gets pushed around, and whether said person bares his teeth at Evolution 2.0
  8. that's the rumor right now. they'd rather keep Bryan as the "hero chasing his dreams", rather than having him obtain the title and keeping it for an extended period of time. it's just like Stephanie said, the night after Summerslam in regards to "bad business decision" and much like Ziggler said, in an interview. the WWE picks one person, to back up, and they stick with that person, no matter what. look at Cena, and how he was the "posterchild" of the WWE for 8 years. no one else, was allowed to be as good a face as he was, and despite the fans hating Cena, the WWE continued to push him and shove his character down our throats. Cena's out of action for roughly 4-6 months, due to surgery, so now it's Orton, that's being paraded around. Ziggy said, he's got alot of love and respect for Orton, and I do respect his ring skills, but Bryan is talented as well...if he doesn't win at Summerslam, then it may be best for him to go over to TNA...least there, he may get some credit for his skills. Jeff Hardy, and Chavo both went over, and Hardy got the TNA World Heavyweight title multiple times, and Chavo even got more chances to prove his skill as well. Better than being a jobber to a joke of a wrestler, let alone a top tier performer, being forced to compete at the low to mid card level.
  9. @ Anti-Villain-cause that wouldn't really tie into Daniel Bryan's character...and they already did that plotline before...back in the days of Undertaker's Ministry of Darkness...shortly before it became known as the Coporate Ministry.
  10. the rumor going around, is that Bryan will not win at NoC...in that the WWE would rather keep him, as a hero always chasing his dreams, but never attaining them. if that happens, then I KNOW for a fact, that they're keeping Orton as champion, until Cena returns, so their resident "Superman" can topple the corporation, believing that the fans would raly behind him once again...fact is...they won't. Look at Ziggler...ever since he lost the World Title to Del Rio, he's been put on the midcard level...now he's facing Ambrose for the US Title, and I ask why? Ziggler doesn't even NEED to win the US title, and besides, Ambrose will get himself disqualified...for the hundreth time in his career...CM Punk faces Curtis Axel and Paul Heyman in a handicap elimination match. I can see Curtis getting eliminated first, with Lesnar interfering, thus setting up the feud between the Best and the Beast yet again. RVD facing Del Rio for the World Title? That could go either way...though I feel RVD does deserve the title, I'd still rather see Ziggler retake the title yet again. Big Show and Henry facing the World Tag Team Champions should be interesting...but again like Ambrose, it'll end in a DQ like always. As for AJ? I'm hoping she wins the Fatal Fourway in a legitimate way...that would solidify herself as a contender...especially after her own "pipebomb" on Raw this past week. She does speak volumes of truth when you think about it. She's really the only decent female wrestler, next to Natalya...I mean, the womens division of wrestling has turned into a cheerleader's pep rally recently, and it's kinda...pitiful. :| But many wonder why Chavo and Jeff left for TNA...they were constantly put on midcard levels, made into jobbers for jokes of a wrestler...Chavo always losing to Santino...and his career is just a big joke...much like Tons o' Funk is. I honestly think they could be half decent wrestlers...but instead, they're there for comic relief for the kids, and it's just a damn shame really.
  11. Cena is out for a few months, due to surgery, and Bryan is facing Orton at NoC for the WWE title...though the rumor is, he won't win it back, because they prefer to have Bryan as a "hero chasing his dreams", rather than a "hero, fulfilling his dreams". Ziggler and Punk are back in the midcard level, as both are facing Ambrose and Henning respectively for the U.S. and Intercontinental titles...doesn't make much sense, since both are top card performers, but c'est la vie. As for Triple H's heel turn? It's suppose to lead to a rivary with Vince becoming a babyface around Wrestlemania XXX
  12. two others, I just remembered. The Simpsons The Video Game, and Family Guy The Video Game. For the simpsons, it had some of the most awful camera controls, and play controls ever. Only real good thing about it, was the animated cutscenes, and even that felt like watching an episode of the Simpsons...wasn't even really funny so to speak. Which kinda speaks volumes about the show nowadays. It has it's moments, but other than that, it's just...not that great anymore. :| the ONLY games released in this franchise, that were remotely decent were Road Rage...and even that wasn't all that great...and of course Hit and Run...which is probably the best in the franchise today. Family Guy? Ugh...the graphics were awful, and so were the controls...not much else can be said about it. Humor? Roughly the same you'd see in the show itself...and even that was kinda bland and tasteless. :|
  13. I've said it many times, and I'll state it now...I'm terrible at the Tactical Esponige Action, that MGS is infamous for...but that being said, the storyline that Kojima has done up, is beyond epic. Many would state, he's a weaver of words, and that'd be putting it lightly. The man is a genius...before I felt that Big Boss and Liquid Snake were villians, who simply wanted to either take over the world, or destroy it in the process...but after playing through Snake Eater, and reading up on Portable Ops, and Peace Walker...I don't know what to believe... Then of course, there's the Project: Les Enfants Terribles...and why Big Boss formed Outer Heaven. I start to feel bad, about the actions that led these men, to do the things, they've done. They go about it, the wrong way of course, but then again...it may be seen as "the lesser or two evils" by some. edit: I don't want to say too much, as there are probably some, that haven't played through, or even read about the events from Snake Eater through Peace Walker, so I'll try to avoid any and all possible spoilers if I can. that being said, there's also this guy: they haven't come outright and stated who it is, but most fans are already guessing as to who it is. just like this guy: he...kinda looks familiar...but like the one above, no further info has been released...and again, we're going on rumors at this point. it could be someone fans are all too familiar with...or it could be someone entirely different. I'm still trying to find the novels for Twin Snakes and Sons of Liberty...not sure, if there's one for Snake Eater or the others though...but I'd love to see a novelization of Phantom Pain though.
  14. with the new MGS game, Phantom Pain set to be released for the PS3 and 360 consoles, and eventually the PS4 and Xbox One, we'll learn about the events that lead up to Metal Gear, and the Fall of Outer Heaven. but what I'd like to know, is do you think, if Solid Snake, knew about Big Boss's past, and his relationship with Zero and the Patriots, would he have sided with him, and helped him and Outer Heaven take them down? or do you think, Big Boss would allow Snake to join his forces?
  15. okay...so Vicki gets promoted to Smackdown GM...eventually is fired, because the fans hate her...goes to Raw eventually...becomes "acting" GM, and eventually is fired, cause the fans voted her off...then goes back to Smackdown, where Teddy Long and Booker T, are relived of their duties, and Vicki is placed back in charge again... unless they plan on making her character better, and a fan favorite, history will just repeat itself, cause if I have to hear her screeching "excuse me!" one more time, I'm done. It's bad enough, that John Cena will retain the WWE title, just to "appease and pacify" the little ones, but that Daniel Bryan will most likely make a heel turn, due to the fact that he can never be a true face, with John Cena at the helm.
  16. Duke Nukem Forever, I can totally see being one of the worst...Star Wars Kinect? ...Eh. Never played it...don't have a 360 myself, but the concept seemed okay...I guess. :| Diablo III? Difference of opinion. I got it for free, when I signed up for the Annual Pass back in Oct '11, so I can't complain. It's got pretty decent graphics, and gameplay seems okay...though I've been more occupied with games on pogo.com and doing the cooking/fishing dailies in WoW. :| Another game that just never should've been made? Grand Theft Auto San Andreas. That IMO killed the series for me...and to learn, that GTA V is a spinoff of San Andreas? Ugh...(GTA V takes place in Los Santos, which was in San Andreas...or so I read), then there's Superman 64...a superman game on the Nintendo 64. If you've never heard of, or played this game, considered yourself lucky, and blessed...cause this game was beyond horrible.
  17. you mean this? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6X-e1CVc310 that had to be, the single greatest moment on Smackdown...that should be the OMG moment of the year. never saw anyone dismantle the Shield in such a way...I mean, Mark Henry stood his ground, but was beaten eventually...Ryback and "Super Cena" never stood a chance against them, yet the Goat Man gives the Shield a run for their money. Cena is this generations Hulk Hogan. Hogan was a legend back in the 80's, and kids looked up to him, like an idol. But when he made his first ever(?) heel turn in WCW, to help Nash and Hall form the NWO, it was the biggest bomb shell in pro wrestling history. I still remember how much crap was thrown in the ring after that. And when, he returned to the WWE, to face the Rock at Wrestlemania XVIII, it was huge. Two legends, from two different generations facing each other...then of course at Wrestlemania XXVII, when Rock faced Cena for the first time, again, it was two different legends from two different generations, and again, it was an epic match...though their rematches fell short of being good. Should Cena ever make a heel turn, it would devastate the young Cena fans...but done properly, it could very well, be known, as one of the greatest story lines the WWE could ever produce. As for his being "undefeated" like I said, the fans see him as being "invincible", and about a week prior to Wrestlemania XXIX, he said "failure is not an option", and that his loss to the Rock at the previous years Wrestlemania, bothered him...it ate away at him...and that kinda protrays to the "little kids", that "losing means failure, and that's never to be an option", whereas the Rock said, he "learned from his past mistakes", and that's what made him, the legend he is today. Kids need to understand, that mistakes and errors will happen somewhere, somehow, someway...but that they must LEARN from those mistakes, to better themselves. To a guy like Cena, he can't make mistakes, and why? Cause he's afraid of "letting the fans down?" When Hogan lost the WWE title, to the Ultimate Warrior, at Wrestlemania VI, do you think he felt that he "let the fans down"? Possibly...but the fans, I imagine, knew that Hogan gave it his all...did the best he could do...in the end, Warrior, "was just better." Even Mark Henry noted this, after his loss to Cena this past Sunday...he said, he gave it his all, and pushed Cena to the limit, and that he wasn't afraid, to admit he tapped out...Cena just seems like he'd never admit failure, or tapping out, or even to making mistakes, other than his "mocking of the People's Elbow", and that just seems like the wrong image to convey. I'm not really trying to diss Cena...I know, he's an excellent athlete, and all...but he's been the "boyscout" for over 8 years now...I say, he needs to give it a rest. He needs to stop playing the "hero" to these little ones, so much, because this is pro wrestling...not some violent episode of Sesame Street. Parents whining about how "graphic" wrestling is, needs to understand...it is NOT geared for young children...it's meant for older children...young teens if you will. And parents also need to understand, that they're responsible for raising their kids...no one else, is going to teach them right from wrong, yet they figure "boyscout leader Cena" will do it for them, well even he's not responsible for how your kids, end up so many years down the line.
  18. well Daniel Bryan will face "Super Cena" at Summerslam...not that it matters really, cause he's got no chance of winning, cause the WWE wants to pacify the "Cena fans", by ensuring he remains WWE champion as well as being undefeated as long as humanly possible.
  19. big surprise, that Cena managed to deliver the AA to Henry...the little kids got to see "Super Cena" do it yet again...¬.¬ doesn't seem fair, that Henry who rightly deserves the WWE championship, gets denied, all because the little kids would have temper tantrums if "Super Cena" even loses one single match these days. :| A.J. retains, costs Ziggler the match...makes sense, because he hasn't REALLY made the full transition to face status yet...we'll probably see that on Smackdown. Damien costing Cody the match...well they DID shake hands stating "May the best man win" well before the PPV, so we may see Rhodes do a face turn here...then again, he may "let bygones be bygones". Orton winning the brief case...dunno about that...he could use it, to make a heel turn, and hopefully beat Cena, but again like I said...the WWE can't have Cena lose ANY match, cause "Super Cena" is suppose to be invincible and unstoppable...god help them, if he faces Undertaker at Wrestlemania next year...cause if he DOES beat Taker, making it 21-1, I can tell, ALOT of fans will NOT be happy about it. I wouldn't be surprised, if the WWE loses alot of fans because of it. (I say "little ones", since that's what the WWE seems to be aiming for, instead of their loyal fanbase from the attitude era.) yeah, I gotta say this was a pretty poor decision on their part. I mean he DOES make a great heel...but he's a whining heel...and I hate those. >.< edit: think, they're trying to portray Ryback as a "bully" and that "all bully's are nothing more, than big babies". not necessarily true though. some, just bully others, for sheer pleasure and enjoyment...but I digress. Somewhat disapointed that the Usos didn't win the tag titles...but then again, the Shield can't really be stopped...unless you seperate them somehow, someway, they can't be beaten. though I wouldn't mind seeing them going after the Wyatt Family...that might make for an interesting storyline.
  20. WWE did an excellent job debuting the Wyatt Family...it'll be interesting to see, how this plays out for sure. And if they go after John Cena, that'll make the anti-cena crowd VERY happy...cause I doubt the WWE will let Henry win the title this Sunday...:|
  21. yeah, HiaC just isn't what it used to be anymore...it was a match that supposedly changed or altered careers...now it's been reduced to kid friendly status...least Impact Wrestling hasn't gone down that route...yet. last I heard, they're still under the rating of TV14, and that's really what wrestling should be...it's not meant for children, yet parents couldn't find a sitter for them, or just can't be bothered to teach their kids right from wrong, so they blame wrestling, when their kids start imitating what they see...which is why John Cena is the "boy scout" of the WWE...trying to set a good example by playing "fair" and being the "good guy" if you will. yet people are tired of this gimmick now...and who can blame them? he's been doing this for over 8 years of "playing fair" and the whole "hustle, loyality, respect" thing gets old too. and let's face it...people are "worried" about him losing the title to Mark Henry at MitB this Sunday? Don't be. There's no chance in hell, that Cena will lose...cause that would be a "terrible" thing for the little ones to witness...their "great and precious" hero losing a match, let alone the title. Do I think Henry deserves the title? Yes. He's already held the ECW and World Heavyweight titles., and so far, there's only 3 others in the business that've held all 3 major titles. Kane, Big Show and C.M. Punk. Henry would be the fourth to do so...but it won't happen...cause like I said, they can't have their precious "boyscout" lose a match like this...especially after beating Ryback at Payback, in that Three Stages of Hell match. Which leads me to another point...Cena has two signature moves...both of which, had their names changed, cause they didn't want kids to repeat what their names are...which is pathetic really. Attitude Adjustment just sounds dumb really...
  22. Taz. Plain and simple. They have an animated short at the beginning of the movie Twister, but it was removed from the DVD AND Blu-ray versions, and thus is only available in the VHS version...sucks really, but for those that haven't seen it yet, here it is.
  23. Kofi's also become more of a jobber lately, losing to people like Swagger, Henry, and even Barret...even at PPV's, he loses, which is stupid, cause the guy's talented enough, to earn some victories. unfortunately, losing is never an option to Cena, and that's the message they're portraying to his fanbase...that "losing and failure is NOT an option" the names of some of their PPV's aren't that great either...Over the Limit? Bragging Rights? Then of course, you've got PPV's named after matches like TLC, Hell in a Cell, Elimination Chamber...I mean, these aren't that great...and the fan reaction at EC back in Feb was beyond poor. when they brought back Roadd Dogg for the Slammy's 2 years ago, the fans never gave much of a reaction at all...yet, Cena gets more of a reaction, than anyone else, which is pitiful...alot of the wrestlers from the attitude era, come out, and fans are like "...whut?" I know one time, Del Rio came out, and (he was a heel at the time) fans never booed...or cheered...or gave him the thumbs down or nothing...they just sat there, looking dumbfounded. it was a live segment too...not something, that happened after Raw went off the air.
  24. Or if you're this guy. also, I'm not sure, if this was stated or not...but only when I'm set on fire. /rimshot but in truth, I don't smoke...can't stand the smell of cig smoke...though pipe and cigar smoke don't seem to bother me for some reason.
  25. I find the "Divas" of the WWE are the "cheerleaders, heading up the pep rally" so to speak. It's sad, how there can never be a more serious women's wrestling division, but meh. I'd personally have John Cena do a heel turn...maybe see, just who truly is a Cena fan. Back in the 90's when Hogan made his infamous heel turn, to form the NwO alongside Kevin Nash and Scott Hall, some fans, still cheered for him over the years...though I remember how much of a reaction the heel turn got at first... I imagine, it'd be quite devasting to the "young fans" if Cena went heel...though the WWE could probably go back to being TV14, instead of the pathetic PG rating it is now. :|
