      ... I'm able to feel emotions.

      The only time I'm vulnerable to having 0% of any kind of positivity [or gratification of any type] is when I succumb to a random fit of insomnia that causes me to start going numb (not physically but mentally-emotionally). Ironically, at least when that happens, I go into autopilot, and mostly pure apathy.
