    Lauren Faust did an excellent job making them believable! Their flaws and strengths really let them shine in a lot of different scenarios. I wonder what the G-4-to-G-5 transition video will do with them, if anything?

    Bought a whole bunch of candy.  Spent half an hour putting it into little ziplock bags, so it'd be easy to give it to kids with little risk of the virus getting anywhere.

    ...Not a single trick-or-treater showed up.  :/

    @KirbyFluttershy unfortunately, socks are the one type of clothing I haven't been trying to get my hand on :/ the closest thing I have is Striped Socks, and I only have those in Monotone and Green: https://nookazon.com/product/1441342356 @ExplosionMare my pumpkins seem to take 1 or 2 days to grow, at least when I water them. And I'm generally seeing them bearing either 1 or 2 pumpkins.     Kind of. More like I dock my switch and leave it on, even though it's not actually connected to a TV---I moved it downstairs to my computer months ago to film some footage, and never moved it back! It's not switched on 24/7, though, but I'll keep it on until you've snagged your candy

    I saw a bunch of G-1 episodes on youtube years ago---they've been taken down since :/ I thought it was a pretty decent adventure series with some good worldbuilding---it wasn't quite up to G-4's standards, but I thought it was pretty good. I actually thought about writing a G-5 fanfic that brought back a bunch of fictional species that G-1 introduced that were never continued in G-4: lava demons (who weren't necessarily evil, mind), ice orcs, salamanders, undines, kraken, lizard-folk...

    I'd have had a season, or maybe two consecutive seasons, where Hydia, Reeka, and Draggle make a comeback---ideally, they'd be the exact same witch-characters from G-1, traveling to Equestria's dimension to find new havoc to raise. I'd have had the start of the season introduce them, and then the majority of the episodes of the season would have either their main plot or their B-plot driven by one or more of the villains to keep their presence felt throughout the season. (I really feel like the show could've used some of that as a driving force to keep things a little more unified.) The season finale would see them crossed over with G-1 and defeated by the mane six and some G-1 characters, pony and human.

    Well, after $500, weeks of waiting, and 90 sweaty minutes of assembly-work done on an empty stomach, I finally have my Ms. Pacman arcade machine!  I picked it because it had yellow trim, four games that I didn't already have on my 40th anniversary Pacman arcade cabinet, and was a sit-down machine...

    And it turns out either I'm terrible at those games, or those games are terrible in comparison.  I mean, if you play Galaxian after getting used to Galaga, it feels awful---simpler enemy movements, a much less forgiving hitbox for your ship, fewer projectiles on the screen at once...!  And you'd think I was a moron from watching how I play Dig Dig 2!

    Hopefully, I'll get better as time goes on!

      Some arcade machines are better than others.  What got me hooked on arcade1up's work is actually their Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles machine; I was afraid that machine was going to be discontinued, and I LOVED that game when I was a kid.  So when I saw one TMNT box for sale at Walmart, I bought it, mostly out of FOMO.  But for some reason, I find myself going to that arcade machine the least out of the four that I now own...
