I had a phone interview for a job and they asked questions and stuff and then they will call me later to confirm if I got the job and I did the police check and handed it to them and I hear nothing back from them and I found they said to my employment agency that I said I wasn’t interested in the job and I never said that and now I may of lost the chance of getting the job.

Well, I can't say I know what to do in that situation. But you aren't jobless yet, right? If it were me, I'd work my hardest to show just how much of as asset I am, and maybe they'd think twice about firing me!
But even if that's that's the end of that job, it doesn't have to be the finale. You can put this job on your resume, and I know it'll help you find a new job.
