    I hate it when I’m angry or sad, and I know it’s ridiculous, but there’s nothing I can do to stop it other than distracting myself :/

    It’s like depression. No matter what you do you can’t change your mood and just have to go through with it until it’s over. Being self aware during it is so weird.

      You gotta roll with it. You need to have the courage to change though. Get rid of the things that make you sad - chances are, your sadness comes because of something in your life that you are hanging on to that you don't need anymore or is just not healthy. Gotta either resolve them or get rid of them. One little thing at a time.

    I just watched Jurassic World 2 and wow...it was unexpectedly great!

    In fact I think it's the second best Jurassic movie. It confuses me why there's so much bad criticism towards it. Every critic I like seem to hate it.
