Stardust*

I do hope that everyone hasn't forgotten about good old UofC!! lol. I just posted trying to get things going along again. It is the first day of classes, I know we have a good thing going, hope everyone is still having fun with it.

The following day, first day of classes Headmaster Greyhoof woke and threw on his cloak and his old trusty hat. I must find Shadow, he needs to make sure that things are ready for the celebration for Professor Lovegood. He muttered about his old bones and how they ached him so. After a good stretch and a few pops and cracks he made his way from his tower room. He knew Shadow would be out in the yard by this time, warming his scales and spreading his wings. He did rather enjoy Shadow's company and appreciated his hard work. He never complained and was always where you would think he would be. He made his way to the court yard and just as every morning he was there. "Shadow, I have come to ask if you have had time to get things ready for the surprise celebration for Professor Lovegood. I know you had started it the other day, but I was hoping that you had finished it. I want to make sure that everything is spot on for after the last bell rings." Greyhoof shifted his weight a bit and cleared his throat. "Please make sure that Lovegood doesn't leave after his class, he doesn't have a final class today so he might try and leave early. I would hate to see him go before we could send him off properly. Oh, and if you could, take interest in Professor Crystal, he seems to be a fascinating pony, he might even be able to help you." He gave a small bow to Shadow and turned back to the school. The bell rings for classes to begin. Professor Stardust was at the head of her class with a large smile on her face. "Class, please listen, we have students from each house in here, and I know how competitive that some can be..*she eyed the few Alicorn house students and gave them a wink*.. but in here, we will work together. We will accomplish great things, and we might even figure out what some of those fun cutie marks might mean." She fluttered around the classroom as she spoke getting a good look at everypony. "We will have class normally during the day, but there will be some days where we don't have class until evening. This is after all an astronomy and astrology class. We must see Real stars at some point right? Can't just learn from maps and charts." She flew to the front of the room once again. "But for now, please open your books to chapter one and we will begin with our solar system." Professor Lovegood's office "Professor Crystal, this is the plans for today's classes, it is going to be a rather easy day, to help you and the students to get to know one another. Don't get too nervous, the first class is all first years, they are more scared than you are. They want to make a good first impression and I am sure you are up for it." He took his desk chair and placed it out with the rest of the students desks. "I will observe from here, the class is yours."

I tried a different technique for the mane and tail. I rushed this piece but I rather like it. A bit textured, I want to find my perfect style lol. Trying things each time.

Dang... my thread was way further back than I thought. Guess I should keep up on it more! Don't worry I have a lot more planned for the weeks to come! yay It's a bit late, but this is what Stardust celebrated Nightmare Night wearing! She went as the wonderful Daring Do!!

So, earlier today I took a small nap... Totally had a dream about the RP. It was weird but cool! I don't remember much but I recall talking to the group and we were all scared. Lol That's what I get for falling asleep after reading my email lol

After she heard the words spoken from the ponies she knew it was time to come up and address them. *knock, knock, knock* came from the floor. She heard the ponies shuffle around wondering where the sound was coming from. She slowly opened the hatch and and popped her head up. "Hope I'm not interrupting, I did hear everything, but I didn't want to just pop up in the middle of everything. But you don't have to say everything over again." She stepped out of the hatch and closed it behind her. "First, I want to thank you Harcourt for even considering us to join your group. That is an honor I truly didn't expect to have. I figured I would just give you my maps and Aria and I would just sail off." She gave a small bow in his direction. "Second, Lilith, I understand your worry. But please understand me, I will not cause heartbreak. I have experienced so much of it already that trying to help others feel hope, feel happiness, feel... something helps me to not forget my past, but to build upon it and be a stronger pony for it. I am stronger than you know, I have been through more than you know, but that is my past, and my burden to carry. I can tell you this...I will not let this group down, I swear by Luna." She gave a strong, confident nod to Lilith. "Third, Psych, you are brave, you are wise for your years. When I see you with Wing you have so much to live for, so much strength, you would do anything for that little filly and all you need to do is harness that energy. Harness that will to live, to survive, to be great." She stepped toward Psych and mussed up his mane a bit. She whispered, "You are brave." She made her way to the door, "Well, if you want to have this meeting with us all, might want to come out of this dark room and speak to us as a group." She gave a wink and walked out of the captains quarters.

True, maybe more of a big brother type relationship with Lilith then. @, Stardust was still in the hiding area underneath them. I didn't want her to pop up before the conversation was over or they left the captains quarters. =/ Maybe just address Harcourt instead of Stardust and use her notion to always trying to make things better as a flaw instead of stepping up and almost getting her face cut off lol. ?

I could see Rarity and Harcourt, but idk, I like the idea of Harcourt and Lilith. Like... sometime in the future Harcourt realizes his feelings for her and Lilith begins to overcome those voices in her head and it's like they are almost gone because she has found something better. OH gosh! <3 such a cute sappy story! But it would be glorious!

so who do we have now? Winter and Psych Trivy and Jinx Lilith and Harcourt Awww! too cute!

-Being married for 6 years as of tomorrow. -Having two beautiful children -Finding my Faith again. -Receiving my Associates Degree -Being one and a half classes away from my Bachelor's degree -Started drawing again, and producing works that people actually like -Accepting that I have clinical depression and seeking help to cope with it. -Repairing my relationships that have been affected due to my depression.

When I type for bubbles I tend to just type so fast that I don't even know what I am saying until I am done haha.

First was Flearia in house Changling. The door opened and it was the head stallion, Silver Wing. "Silver, this is a new member of your house, she got a bit lost in the halls. Her room is the same as Jazz and Vinyl, if you could please escort her there." Silver nodded and stepped aside for the new pony. "Follow me, I will take you to your room, don't worry you have another first year, you will probably be in a lot of the same classes." Silver Wing knocked on the door before pushing it open a bit, "Excuse me, but you have a new roommate. She is a bit late, but all the same. I know she will be in good hooves. Night then." With that he was off. Professor Stardust was taking the other young mare to the Crystal house. Knocking on the door, Bubbles answered. Quickly Stardust started to speak, she knew that if she didn't start first she would never get in a word edge wise with Bubbles talking a mile a second. "Bubbles, please take this mare to her room, she is bunking with Remix. Thank you, goodnight." Stardust turned and flew off before Bubbles could even open her mouth. *SQUEEEE* "YAYAYAYAY! I am SO excited! I can't wait to show you your room! You are going to love it here and you are going to make so many friends that I can hardly contain the excitement that you must be feeling, oh my gosh! You are such a cutie! I can't believe you are in our house, this is going to be so much fun! Everypony has SO much fun here, I can't wait until you meet your roommate! Ah! You two are going to be getting along so well I an just tell!" *GASP* Bubbles was talking so fast it almost looked like she was going to pass out from loss of oxygen. They got to the room and knocked on the door. It opened and Remix was there. "OH MY GOSH!!! REMIX!!! This is your roommate!!! Her name is... oh... goodness me... I forgot to ask your name lovely."

Stardust was still down in the secret room below the captains quarters picking up the few things that had fallen out of saddle bags and such. The hatch door was ajar just enough to hear the conversation happening right above her between Lilith, Psych, and Harcourt. She didn't mean to listen in, but it was kind of hard not to seeing as she was right below it. She didn't want to just pop up right in the middle, so she waited. When Stardust heard Harcourt she started to beam with excitement. She wanted to burst up through the hatch and yell "I ACCEPT!!!", though... she figured that might be a bit rude considering... She was anticipating what Lilith and Psych would say. She knew she was being a bit pushy back there when the fight broke out... but somepony had to help. As much as Aria was a leader, she is very defensive and she can be a bit hot headed in stressful times. heh, that's what makes her fun though. She smiled at the thought of Aria getting all red in the face, Stardust recalled a memory of the two. "Aria! Come quick! I made some dinner!!!" "WHAT!?!" "What.... you were out late and I knew you would be hungry...." "This place is such a mess!! After I spent half of yesterday cleaning up your other mess!! Why can't you just leave the cooking to me!!? You burn half the food more often than not and ugh... just aaah!" "....Ari... come on....*pouty face*... you know you want to smile....for me??? Pweeeease.... don't you WOVE me???.... I made your faaaaavorite! ... Ari... don't make me tickle you, you know I know your weak spot. *poke...poke*. "STOP IT! I'm seriously mad!" "Then I am going to hug you until you are not seriously mad!" *Grips tight* "LET GO!... Star... let go..." "NO!" *Chuckle* "You are my weak spot... you know I could never stay mad at you. Dang it! Let's eat." Lost in her memory she almost forgot what was happening up top. She continued to listen.

Those are adorable!!! I want one for Christmas!! lol

@, @@Summer Breeze, I think that your OC's would be a great fit for the University of Canterlot. Flearia, it would be great for you to be in the Changling house. I will make a small introduction for your character with them and that way you can get to know them. Summer Breeze your OC seems like she would fit more into the Crystal house where ponies are still trying to find themselves and what their cutie mark truly means. There is one other pony in that house, I will make an introduction for you two to meet and it should be great. YAY for more people to join!!!

"Oh good, Mr. Crystal, I was hoping to run into you today. I know that was a bit sudden when the headmaster introduced you, that was my doing. I do hope you understand, I am in a bit of a hurry to leave the students in your capable hooves. I have been telling the wife that we would be leaving soon as you were ready. She has been pressuring me to hurry up and retire so we can start to travel Equestria." Professor Lovegood was in his office and packing some of the last bits of his things before he left for the evening. "A day or so more would be good enough don't you agree? The moment I am officially retired is the moment we get on the train and leave on a years adventure across the land." He had a bit of a smile on his face just thinking of the time that was awaiting him and his wife. "Anyway, I won't keep you, I only have a few more things to gather and then this office will be yours. I will see you in the morning for observation as you teach your first class." ______________________________________________________________________ Meanwhile Headmaster Greyhoof reached his sleeping quarters and retired his robe to it's usual hanging hook, he placed his hat in the same spot as it has always stayed on the corner of his desk. Stretching out his tired old limbs he strolled across the room to a closet. He gently opened the doors and inside was a single box sitting atop a tall slim table. He opened the lid to the box and a low bluish light filled the room. He touched his horn with his hoof, almost like he was activating it, a white light gleamed from his broken horn. The light grew dimmer as it began to flow from him into the air and into the box. Once the white light turned to blue he opened his eyes and let out a small sigh. He shut the lid and closed the doors. Locking it with a key that hung around his neck. He turned and went for his bed, the tired body and weary mind needed much sleep. The year was going to be something of remembering, that was certain.

Stardust returned a confident nod back to Harcourt. "Please, everypony listen. We are going to go above deck and through the captains quarters. There you will find a hatch door open, please make your way down into the holding area. We will all be safe there, we are nearly at the oceans edge where the river takes hold of the ship. We must do this quickly, but without panic. Once inside there is to be not a word spoken. I have talked with Winter about what will happen once we reach the checkpoint. She says that it is fairly routine and they will come aboard to make sure that there is nothing that would offend the land that we are about to dock at. Mainly foods that are not grown there, or any type of pony materials. This ship was built from the broken Griffon ships back at the harbor so the materials will be familiar to them. We have disguised the oat barrels to look like food that Winter took to the bay as a last peace offering that was directed by the Lords of Griffon Stone. She has already come up with a plan to explain to the guards as to why none of it was taken. She also has a story as to why it was only a one griffon trip. The hatch blends into the woodwork completely, only Aria and myself know of it and where to pop it open. It has a lock so it won't just pop open for anypony." Stardust looked to Harcourt, "You can do this... We can do this. Now, let's get everypony ready. Make sure to keep your belongings and that your saddle bags are full of food and water. Once we leave the ship, there is no coming back. Not until ... we just have to be ready." She turned and started to lead the way, up the stairs and into the sunshine, she felt it's warmth on her coat. Things were getting somewhat tense. She knew that she had to keep the hopes alive for everypony on board. Even if she was struggling with the hope that she held in her heart. She turned to the wheel and gave Aria a nod before heading into the captains quarters. She had made sure that the beds had nothing on them but a plain white sheet. Then she saw in the corner of her eye something blue. She walked towards Aria's bunk and smiled, she almost forgot about her stuffed blue hippo. She placed him gently in her saddle bag and descended to the holding down below.

I am having tons of fun!! This is my first time being a part of a RP. I am just lucky to be part of a group that is so wonderful and fun!! And the story is awesome! There will be times when it is a little slow but we could probably write pages and pages for one small event. There is so much that is happening that we want to know what will happen next, but the amount of background and emotion would be lost if we didn't take the time to post in the length that we do. I love getting emails and it being from this RP! Honestly when I hear my phone go off and I know it's an email I grab it so fast to see who has posted next.
