    to peg anyone effeminate as gay is inaccurate. There are plenty of effeminate straight people - they are just in touch with their feelings. Not being attracted to women is really the only thing you can go on. Also you will find high society people acted more effeminate simply due to culture - it was seen to be refined to act "proper".

    hey guys, so I just found this site, and I was interested in submitting my music to it - I have made a LOT of music over the years, but NONE of it is mlp related.. is it seen as a faux pas to submit my music to pony.fm? I don't want to dilute the purpose of the audio listening if it is specifically meant for pony-only remixes. I am basically a pony fan who doesn't make pony music. your thoughts?

    hey guys, my name is chronamut - I have made and produced music for.. about 12 years now.     oh my.. how very.. dark. this begs the question though - how long DO alicorns live for? Is it forever? Do they have a shelf life? Is it determined by magic potential? And with twilight being the princess of magic, would that not mean she would live the longest since a ) she has the highest magic potential and b ) she took in all 2 alicorns magic when she fought tirek, and I am sure that somehow would affect her? Also what about the tree of magic magic - would that not have altered the mane 6 as well? TOOTHEPASTE HAIR - AWAY!

    nope, because as a spiritual leader, I see that all things contain life, and simply act to treat what I eat with respect, and love. Everything you eat is alive. The plants take in water and minerals and use them to build plant structures, and herbivores take those plants and intake them to break them down into chemicals energy and minerals to power moving cellular structures, and carnivores take those herbivores in to break them all down to power themselves. We all feed off each other. When we die our components break apart and are in turn eaten by animals, and taken in by plants - we're all just various pieces of building blocks pieced together to form living structures. Thus what is most important is respecting the life of the being that is giving up its life for you to survive, whether it be plant, or animal. Remember that just because you cannot SEE it suffer, does not mean that it does not suffer. They have done time lapse videos on plants - and they actually exhibit intelligent behaviour, can see, hear, and even detect pain. They just do it slower as they are farther down on the "evolution" chain. So yeah, take a cue from the natives, respect what you eat, love all that comes from the earth, and find a use for everything. Work not to not eat something, but to have corporations treat them with respect - free roam, live happy lives before they are sacrificed for our consumption.

    so the sun would be a darksucker, and the moon a lightsucker.. interesting.. I.. probably shouldn't have worded it that way.. in before anyone makes an immature comment about that haha.. as a spiritual leader I sort of teach something sort of similar.. and that is 2 things exist - source, the source of all consciousness and existence, and void, the source of nothing. Nothing is what exists by default, and by expressing will and thought consistently, one converts thought into energy, and energy into matter. Lose focus of that constant will and thought, and void starts to unravel that matter back into energy and back into nothingness. The potential for creation is always there, but it takes focus to keep it there. So in this case the sun could be seen as source, the source of all life, generating light, and the moon the natural force of void, that which exists when lights power to spread past a certain point grows weaker and it starts to be undone by void.

    I love the franchises creativity in finding ways to express so much story flexibility without having to worry about it being in line with the continuity of the series - dream sequences, comic parallels, wormholes.. it all just gives unlimited potential - the staff really thought through ways to not limit the plot so that the series would become dull and predictable - that's what makes it so exciting - it's on season 5 and it still doesn't feel old! I really think this is one of the best developed cartoon series out there for THIS generation

    so I had to correct one of the bronys in one of the videos about this , and just figured I'd mention it here too. The spike in EQG3 is NOT the spike from ponyville. I know it was confusing as he chased that creature through the wormholes and then suddenly came out and he could talk. What many didn't notice is as the magic was being drained from one of the mane 6 (I think it was fluttershy) spike got caught in the "drain' stream, and the elements of harmony magic granted him the ability to talk - probably aligning him with the magic of equestria that allows spike to talk. Also I believe the creature he was chasing was a jackalope. so yeah, it's still human world spike - not ponyville spike replacing him and leaving human world spike in equestria, although that could have been interesting hehe..

    applejack is definitely the most responsible, but as a result also the most dull. Rarity is the most flashy and dedicated, but is shallow Pinkie pie is great fun but not the most stable fluttershy is the greatest teacher for caring but is too much of a jellyfish rainbowdash is great for athletics and general coolisms but is too rash and impulsive and twilight is good all around but just has too much on her plate and is still too bookish. as a result none of them are the best role model as they all have a piece of the whole.

    I am still wondering when the human worlds sunset shimmer is going to appear causing temporal distortions with equestria sunset shimmer being there.. I mean, how did they manage to avoid each other for so long? and is their version just as much the egalomaniac as sunset was?

    what seems to be hinted at is that alicorn status is like a spiritual evolution - it has to be earned. Even luna and celestias flowing manes only came with time, as did the alterations in their manes appearance - celestias becoming blue and green as well as pink, and lunas reflecting the night sky in a gossamer semi-transparent way.

    without knowing for sure how celestia and luna became alicorns, or if they always were, I don't think this is an answer we can ever concretely settle on one way or another. I remember reading a story that there was once an entire race of alicorns and dischord simply killed them all,.. but of course.. not canon.
