That's the same article you've used as an example when talking to me months ago. You don't seem to have very many examples of this "Anti-Mane 6" movement outside of a few people who don't seem to even be a "Movement" of any kind, just a few fans expressing a certain opinion. One article doesn't prove much. Most of the comments I'm seeing on there are against it anyway.

theres a lot of haters and bad attitudes on derpibooru and EQD, just ignore them and move on. a lot of them dont ever go on forums really, they kinda vent through youtube instead. ignore em. 

The Mane Six are on the front of the poster, there's no reason to worry about Starlight or anyone else taking the spotlight as the heroes there, seriously.

While I'm a Christian (and thus forbidden from supporting that whole "Scootaloo's aunts" thing), I'm certainly not about to just up and quit the show just because of some obscure paragraph in a book (I've seen some comments actually vowing just that, BTW).

Likewise, I have neither the desire nor the energy to start trolling people who like episodes I don't (and vice versa).

For once that a season finale didn't cause any kind of controversy, there had to appear something else to do it at its place... how frustrating that is.

I suppose I understand. Admittedly, I haven't been one to comment on Equestria Daily in a long time. I rarely even read the comments anymore. And now that I think about it, this kind of whining is exactly why.

I personally preferred "Get the Show on the Road" and "Coinky Dink World" way more, but this was good.

I watched the MLP Movie, and it finally gave me what I wanted for an entire year (justice for the Mane 6). Now by knowing what will happen in S8... I feel like that from now on MLP will be not the one I loved anymore, so I think it's time for me to stop and move on. I will watch the few remaining S7 first thought.

Yeah, but here's some advice:

If you keep going around saying stuff like that (and telling hostile to others) users will get aggravated.

Those are things I already know. The problem is, while that information comes from an official press release, in past synopsises have been misleading a few times, so that "Twilight Sparkle" could also be "Starlight Glimmer". That's why I'm worried.... I really hope an official one is gonna be dropped soon...

I doubt it's going to be Starlight Glimmer, just relax and wait. We'll be getting back to the season soon, so the wait for the synopsis shouldn't be much longer, especially if Canada/Australia/whoever decides to speed through the season some more.

Right now, i care about season 7 more than the movie

I am just saying the movie is what i care right now because unlike some people who hype for the movie more than the rest of the S7, because of Legend of Magic set-up is more interesting than the movie, simple as that. Sorry but, I'm too attached to the Mane 6 and I just can't accept the fact that they are not gonna get the ending they deserve because the nature of the series, so if they won't get their ending officially, I will give them personally. 

What I meant is that let go of the argument. I know you love the mane 6. Saying the same thing over and over and over and over again will only succeed in ticking people off.

Also, don't worry. The mane 6 aren't going anywhere. Ever since season one they've been pretty much the stars of mlp, the main thing when people think of mlp, and they are the face of the TV series.

Trust me, they won't go anywhere any time soon. If they do go anywhere, and if season 8 does end the mane 6, you have every god given right to say "I told you so" to me. But I'm resting assured our lovely 6 mane ponies won't go anywhere.

Many of us still do, as far as I am aware. *shrug* I'm no different. I'm a Spike, CMC, and Starlight Glimmer fan but I still love the Mane 6

That's not what I meant: aside the fact that I hate the episode itself, Haber wrote that scene as hironic insult to the character..... and then the joke lost completely value 13 later... The "he couldn't know it at that point" doesn't work as an excuse because The Perfect Pear happens only 13 episodes later, and when it comes to season plannings they happen very early, so considering all these factors, he should have known of that part. That's why I say he really didn't do anything right with that finale..... boy, the most time passes, the more things I find wrong in that fucking episode. No wondering it alone killed my hype for this show after 5 years.

This reminds me of the marketing for the movie, which felt...very slim. I haven't noticed a whole lot of products for the movie but I also haven't looked very far.
