Lies and cheating will only you get so far. People will eventually catch on.

My eyes as to your eyes
I've always admired you, you were always the one in my heart
Things happened, talks happened
I've never been fonder of anything or anyone
More so than you I look upon the indexes, things happen, talks happen
But yet I simply don't know why
Why must everything be as so?
The way I wanted, oh yes, the way I wanted
Never came to pass, but yet my heart will never grow old
All I ever wanted was peace
But I'll never have my leace
Forever more, forever more
The squalor's favor
Has not cast in my wind
I will always imagine, forever more, oh yes, forever more
The magic in your eyes

Being true to yourself is the best thing to do. Never lie to yourself to make someone else happy just because they hate something you like or hate a certain view that you support. Be honest.

I've lied to myself lots of times. Thinking the current situation lasts forever. Everything passes. Everything changes, for the worst or better. Just gotta deal with it. @Samurai Equine

You know what is interesting is how a person's memories is rarely ever expressed in words. I can't sum up my life, I can't sum up how certain times went but I remember the majority of how it all went, generally. My memories are mine and mine alone. My life is the way it was in the past and I can't change it. I can only look back as if it was nothing but a movie.
I remember reading a story in 5th grade about how some guy would replay the memories of his basketball scores back in his head years later, and even then I understood what that meant, and now I replay lots more memories in my mind each and every day. Did they really happen as I remember them? What is left out? Who knows, I don't.
It is interesting how, one has free will but when looking back at decisions in the past they simply can't change it when they had free will, but one can't change the past. If it was possible to do a lucid dream to 'time travel' back in time, what would my mind create of past events and how would I alter them, how would it play differently?
I have had dreams where people I meet, friends, girls I like and other wise seem to behave exactly as they would irl in most cases, while in others they are just figments that are sort of...there. Sometimes I even tell the ones that behave exactly as they do irl that they are in a dream, they always seemed to smile or shrug it off. None of them confront it directly with me.- Show previous comments 1 more

@Samurai Equine
I believe that. I really do wish there was a way for me to time travel. -
One thing I actually hate is when people ask questions like "Is that really what happened, or is that just what you think happened?" or even "Are you sure you didn't just imagine it? Sometimes the mind can play tricks on you." It's one thing when you are asking children or super elderly people these questions, but it's a little insulting to ask anyone else questions like this. It's an excuse to doubt or dismiss someone entirely while still trying to make yourself look good. But the truth of the matter is, you can make ANYONE look bad with questions like this. If our imaginations can run wild at any point, why should we believe anyone? Why should I believe you? Why should you believe me? Shouldn't we all be in a constant state of paranoia? Calling yourself a professional of something doesn't keep you from being mortal, making mistakes, nor over-looking important details.
We don't live that way because being constantly paranoid is no way to live. Even so, it's still no excuse to constantly question someone's memories and experience just to make them look bad. Always give people the benefit of the doubt, and do some investigating before you question someone's memories as false. Don't go around implying people are crazy just cause you doubt what they are saying/remembering. One day, it could be you that is getting dismissed by some pompous know-it-all.
...Hope that rant wasn't too much of a tangent.

@Samurai Equine
I definitely understand and agree with what you are saying there, for sure.

I'm talking about the second map which is what we have now. The line runs through the southwestern part of the peninsula and then crosses Lake Superior.

@Yoshi89
Happens in some other states too. That is really stupid if you ask me.

Daylight savings time should be completely abolished and we should all be using 24 hour time.
