  1. My dad says he hates me because he accused me of "not doing enough" in something.
  2. I do. Thought I was cursed then became proud of it. Until I found out Hans Asperger was a Nazi sympathizer.
  3. My dad called me idiot and screw-up and I was too scared to fight back.
  4. Petty or serious? Doesn't matter. They all should be put down. Violently.
  5. If both of them are getting arrested and jailed for life, then good riddance to them. Nobody will miss them.
  6. Zuckerburg should be jailed for life as a traitor.
  7. This cursed pandemic has brought out the more ugly than the good in everyone.
  8. Canon has absolutely nothing to do with this. You think that just by the mere sound of our voice it'll magically be transformed into something according to our whims? That's far beyond our control than we can ever imagine. It's already there one way or another. Only you get to decide how the fandom should be.
  9. Frankly, I wouldn't hesitate to have that. Why? HYDRA. Or rather, Arnim Zola. In a number of ways, he's right. And I said a number. Freedoms are no longer the beautiful theory and practice we seek and/or have to achieve betterment. And it all trickles down to even fandoms. @Pastel Heart@FluttershutterWhat they have been, in the pony fandom (especially for the entire decade), Star wars fandom, etc. are thin, fallible, and repetitive excuses for every single person, no matter how "good" they are or proclaim to be, to abuse their choices and impose egos and personal issues and agendas. This has already led to completely avoidable dramas and even schisms. Even worse, there is already too much of these freedoms which already bring more chaos than harmony. And we all know that people would rather kill or die than just roll over and surrender their precious freedoms. Fighting for those freedoms of yours is never enough. When a discriminated fandom finally is able to stand for itself, it would be very wise to remember why they fought out of the dark in the first place. They shouldn't even be imposing those freedoms. But it just goes to show that all the abuse shows that not everyone is to be entrusted with freedoms. If no force will take certain freedoms from you, then maybe you should be the one yourself to discern what specific freedoms are too dangerous for yourself and everyone else, and then annihilate them. Freedom unchecked will lead to ruin, and yes, even unlimited security. If you really want freedom, being vigilant and restrained is the way you'll be held accountable and responsible for everything and still seek and practice those freedoms you hold so close. I'd certainly change the pony fandom to my vision in less than an instant.
  10. Would you really want/need that power so you get to decide what is ok and isn't ok in any fandom? Would you want/need to be the only entity who has the final say in every little thing and include or exclude anyone to your whims, as well as have complete influence of whatever thing the fandom was created out of? Would you want/need everything to be so because you say so? Be the judge, jury, and executioner?
  11. And what if they resort to criminality or take their own lives because they hate themselves based on said humor? They don't deserve sypathy at all?
  12. Even when said jokes end up truly hurting someone?
  13. For so long I've always disliked everyone who tried to always joke around because I equated them to never treating anything seriously. In my case all those who chose to be so lackadaisical flunked their classes, lost their own friend circles, got disowned by their parents, and even got jailed.
  14. Look, I'm really angry about this because I have a number of people in my life who have been underdogs, who are neglected and spat on by the rest of society. They are never given chances because everyone else wants to have their stereotypes, and thus themselves, confirmed. Yes I'm fully aware that may be irrelevant. But I care about the little person. I care about the invisible, the insignificant faces in the crowd and the "worthless" or "just another (insert label here)." Shouldn't they have the same opportunities and happiness like the rest? Why should I be a criminal for projecting those oppressed onto her and then projecting those feelings into this case?
  15. The general attitude was that Luna came out on top on every poll, she had more substance than every pony put together individually and combined and you can't even do a simple Google without seeing some disgusting adulation for her that shouldn't even involve her. And no. Don't blame yourself. Blame every single stubborn jackass who insists that everything about MLP in 2011 is still relevant like some time loop. No. This inner joke became the forced sitcom joke that you (not you specifically) created. Another dead horse that must stay dead. It's a small percentage, but still a nuisance nevertheless like all the others. Well it certainly pisses me off to the end of existence. These people do this with clear hostility towards her and her fans. I mean, what exactly has she done to send your world crashing down?
  16. The nature of how jokes are treated in MLP is a prime example of beating a dead horse. A few of many "Jokes" that made sense then: 20% AJ= background pony Sweetie Belle= dictionary Celestia= Eats only cake Luna= Perfect in every way I swear it's like people want them to be reduced to these 1 dimensional traits just so they could make these "jests" still relevant after nearly a decade. The ones making these jokes feebly attempt to make themselves still relevant in a time when the jokes have already worn out their welcome. They were the least bit funny at all only during their proper timeframes. These cheap jokes only last so long and they become infuriating instead of originally amusing. And before anyone calls me out on me having no sense of humor, how would you like it if everyone back in your past still calls you by some label because of some triviality that involved you which happened too long ago? A century say? Wouldn't you just be driven mad if you kept on hearing the exact same thing 24/7? All the more reason why those making the "standardized American" humor should get it through their thick skulls that not everyone will get the context or even care about it at all.Not everyone of us can relate to every mundane situation in the US. Which apparently even grown adults still insist on doing to make themselves feel relevant again because being ignored equates to being dead to themselves. Can they just please stop thinking of their egos for one millisecond?!
  17. It even seems that the only humor everyone likes nowadays is when people are really wounded in the heart or are killed. Either I laugh at it or I understand the deeper meanings of it. Take the first Terror tales of the Park in Regular Show. I was terrified when that insane wizard actually killed off the entire main cast. Because usually I expected it to be some sort of joke where everyone turns up alive. Even though it was only a story, when I realized that they all truly died, I was frightened. But now I find it hilarious. For me, something that I expected to be a joke turning out not to be one at all is already hilarious.
  18. I like her. Nothing more to say on the matter.
  19. Star Trek is still the worst sci-fi franchise to this day. All forms of politics are meant to gaslight. Keannu Reeves is not God.
  20. Hypothetical scenario Person A accidentally spills some milk on him/herself by accident. When everyone notices and s/he explains it, everyone calls him/her "Milk Spiller" as some joke. S/he decides to laugh it off too. This treatment may continue on for a while where s/he laughs it off whenever it's brought up. But then after a few years, s/he no longer finds it funny and everyone still calls him/her Milk Spiller. Everyone calls him/her this because they insist that the name Milk Spiller defines her character. It's "jokes" like these that set me off.
  21. Nothing at all for a week. You'd get angry or scared during these times, but they've become redundant.
  22. The war wasn't just silly. It's outright idiocy.
