My favorite brony animator is Minty Root. Genuinely high quality work and I like seeing the process that goes into making them. I don't actually listen to a lot of brony music so I can't say exactly who's my favorite. Maybe Soldat Pony.

It says it's 80 F here but I go outside and it feels like it's below freezing.

Why are most of the people on ebay who send a message about specifically an auction item so pushy? It's a weird interrogation and they never actually bid anyways. Like no I'm not going to send you my sales spreadsheet to "prove" something. Why would I ever do that? If it doesn't interest you then move on. Edit: with that being said, the item this specific individual is asking about is having a "last minute" bidding war between 3 people it looks like. And that specific individual isn't even involved in any bidding of course. Just there to waste my time I guess.

I needed to get out of the house so I went thrifting but ended up only getting this Sade CD. The jewel case is falling apart so I have to replace that, but everything is good. There were vinyl records too but everything except for one interested me. But of course the one that was interesting wasn't in any sleeve, just scraping around on everything. Hard pass. I did see some DVDs but passed for now, maybe I should try collecting some next time. If they have Futurama or something then I'll pick it up.

I finally understand patch bays, cant wait to get my rack set up now (well in the coming months, gonna scour the used market...)

Today was very moody and bluesy for me. Not for any particular reason. Just one of those days. Didn't help that I was trying to be with myself and that bubble kept getting popped. so much bad timing with everything.

I need to make a seller bingo card for myself. Adding and crossing off "send PC parts to any military base/training grounds" from it immediately.

I wish I wasn't so soft spoken. A lot of unnecessary arguments happened in my life with close family just because they couldn't hear me, so I have to repeat what I said at a slightly higher volume. But simply raising my volume level = "having an attitude and being ungrateful" I guess. Cue the extremely unnecessary hour long lecture about blah blah blah that I can't get out of.

It's been a good while since I last touched it but the writing portion of Novel AI could get incredibly dark and 18+ at times (I had to adjust it to be toned down for my personal taste). It had a lot of adjustability and can memorize and recall a lot of context quite well from what I remember too. Anyways I still can't get this weird audio mixing video out of my head. I talked about it on bluesky but it was just so many unnecessary decision after unnecessary decision. Most of those processing effects were either doing nothing or just made no sense and it just hurts my head idk. whats the point of putting transient processing on birds chirping? And not even lowering the ceiling on the limiter to catch any peaks, meaning nothing is actually being limited? So pointless. But hey they're the one raking in almost a billion views on multiple 10 hour background sound effects vids so what do I know?

As per usual I keep dreaming about being in high school even though I graduated over 5 years ago now. This time I was a bit too short for the desk so I was basically peeking over the top of them. (It was those taller ones that I remember being used in some classrooms but I guess the chair was not tall enough or I was just too short idk.) .

figured out some tech related issue. And now I just want to collapse in bed.

Hi everyone, gonna try to keep it as short as I can but a few little updates regarding my music. 1. I think I've released 2 remixes since last time I posted anything here, so here they are: BK-One & Benzilla feat. Aby Wolf - Love Like That (Espy Vibe Bootleg) Seven Ponies - Fluttersky (Espy Vibe Remix) They were both fun to make! With Fluttersky, I wanted to take it in a less "EDM" route compared to the other remixes that people have done for it and I think it came out quite well. This one was in the remix folder for a while and I hadn't gotten to it until then. With Love Like That, that one I heard recently while I was going through some CD's I have and this one stood out compared to the rest which were hip hop. This one was... I dunno. It's like downtempo or something, I'm not an expert on that but it lacked anything related to hip hop. Turning it into DnB actually worked out better than I thought, so that's good. I started on it like a day or two after I originally heard it and it was basically done so I put it out there. And yes I did enjoy the hip hop!. It's just that this one was so much different than everything else on that album. 2. I put my remixes on Soundcloud and also on Bandcamp. I've been asked a few times for downloads for my music so here they are! Soundcloud: Bandcamp: https://espyvibe.bandcamp.com/music I recommend Bandcamp to just get it all in one go. It's all under "Hoofworks, Vol. 1" and includes some other goodies with it! Both should have free downloads enabled. On Bandcamp, you can pay what you want. And no I don't ask for your email if you want it for free. I do appreciate it if you do want to send some money my way but it's not necessary at all. Yeah both pages are bare and boring but I'll deal with that later. bleh 3. I've been gone working on an album! I can talk about this a bit now because one of the tracks that'll be included on it has been out for a bit now, promoted by VibePoniez. I don't remember if I ever talked about it here but I'll put it here anyways. It's just a little liquid DnB thing: The album is going to be a mixture of how I've been feeling emotionally and also thematically based around the backstory of Espy. Mostly DnB, a little bit of some other genres I like too but my own take on it all. It was actually in the works since waaaay earlier this year but I had to put it aside for a bit and wasn't really able to pick it back up until mid-late August. Kept it a secret for a bit but I've picked up a lot of steam since then so yeah. Sorry if I've been really quiet. I'm just busy working on this when I'm not occupied with anything else. Anyways, ETA: probably no later than spring 2026. After that, probably just singles or some EP's for a while, depends on what happens. More to come. Would you guys be interested if I wrote a backstory about my OC Espy Vibe? 4. I forgot I have a DJ controller. A DDJ FLX4. So... I might do something with that. Do people like mixes? I would need to practice some more (a lot more) but how would people feel if I recorded some DJ mixes in the future? Well it'll probably just be DnB that I'm into. But we'll just have to see what happens. That's all I think. I'm sorry if I have no idea what everyone's up to right now, I'm very much out of the loop regarding a lot of things. I fixed my email also, there was a slight issue on my end so I should be seeing notifications through there now.

I'm definitely a night pony. It's probably because I don't get bothered at night vs. the day. Even at home there's just so much going on during the day, I hate to admit that I do get a bit annoyed when I'm in the middle of something and I'm asked repeatedly to do stuff. My sleep schedule is kinda weird now, I stay up from maybe 10 PM to 11 AM, then I sleep throughout the afternoon and evening right up to 10 PM. But it works for me, it lines up with my weird productive hours usually around 1 AM to maybe 5 AM. There's a memory I have that's related so I'll drop it here. Probably 10 years ago now I was on a family vacation at the beach and it felt much nicer to walk around at night on my own there. There was almost nothing really going on unlike during the day where there were a lot of people. The way the dark sky and the water seamlessly meet to form a singular black space is surreal. The only thing that reminded me I was still on a beach was the sound of the waves rolling back and forth just as it normally would during the day, but even then that was a bit eerie because you couldn't really tell where the sound was coming from. It's like it all meshed into it's own world and the tide was the entrance to that world. Never ever told anyone that I ever did this before. Of course the next day I got scolded for "not enjoying the vacation" because I just don't really like swimming or tanning or whatever else. But that night when I decided to walk around on the beach alone was probably the only time I really enjoyed myself.
