  1. I do despise quoting much past Twain, but I couldn't leave this go unposted. Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is something right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and tell the whole world — "No, you move."
  2. Sorry, I guess I could have been clearer. I meant that as in a third SWBF. SWBF2 was awesome.
  3. If this happens, I think I'd give up on the possibility of a third Half Life.
  4. Star Wars Battlefront 2. Or the Legend of Dragoon. Yeah, I happen to be nostalgic, lol.
  5. That seems like the more likely scenario. We are the human race, after all.
  6. Might I inquire as to how you walk with balls that size? Sir, you are of a ridiculously courageous disposition.
  7. I keep a straight face and pray that there are no mind readers around.
  8. Terry Pratchett, some political, some Shakespeare, Clive Cussler, Cormac McCarthy, John B. Keane, and some books on programming.
  9. Can't quote on the iPod, NASCAR, but I'm sorry to say that I never got to play the Dreamcast. Heck, I got the first Playstation when I was seven, and had the system dominate the better part of my childhood. Anyone remember The Legend of Dragoon?
  10. 2003? It's been that long? Back on topic: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=goPduGKpcIE . I'll just leave that there.
  11. It's a very morally gray area, certainly, but I would call it more along the lines of public opinion. One man's thoughts can be influenced by those around him. The media portrays the hacker stereotype as malicious individuals, and I don't think anything can be done to change their public perception.
  12. Reasonably well. Low quality graphics, though it's quite compact, and it's one of the few SCP games out there. It's quite recommendable for the above reasons, and it's not too hard on lower end computers.
  13. Thanks man, I didn't intend on sleeping tonight anyway.
  14. Never got past the offices in that game. Damn that terrifying man made of shadows.
  15. The Dark Descent was a truly terrifying game. Bought the Penumbra series soon after.
  16. You sir, have a good taste in video games. Back on topic, can't get past Limansk in S.T.A.L.K.E.R: Clear Sky. The game requires superman capabilities.
  17. If you have an old computer lying around, hide them in there. But yeah, under the bed if no other solutions are available.
  18. You sir, have made my day. As an Irish person, the quality of our food is questionable in most aspects. But I thank you for your optimism nevertheless.
  19. Thanks for the welcome. It's nice to know that the net isn't a constant barrage of hostility. And believe it or not, I'm Irish.
  20. i'm a brony. I happen to be paranoid enough to browse anything pony related under several proxies, and keep my opinions to myself regarding much in real life. And yes, I do happen to be a terribly depressing person to talk to.
