  1. Swearing excessively is a very adolescent form of immaturity and an absolute opposition to swearing seems like a childish lack of an understanding of human nature. Maturity comes from balance, knowing when it's acceptable and when it isn't. A person's intelligence, personality or maturity cannot be solely determined by swearing. But if you let it, it will become a strong indicator of those things, whether true or not. Now if you excuse me, bum bum bum bum bum bum poop.
  2. Rich blasted at the Skags a couple more times and then at roof of the tunnel, hoping it would collapse. He then turned and ran for his life. He kept an ear open for the Skags chasing him. Despite all the tension, he thought to himself, 'Damn, I left the flashlight.'
  3. Rich ran into the closest tunnel, gripping onto the Artium rifle with his magic, ignoring the pain from his broken horn. He knew he couldn't out run them, so turned, dropped the gun into his hooves and pulled the trigger of his (hopefully) now operational weapon, praying that it would work.
  4. Isn't it obvious. SHE CREATED THEM!!! LATE ONE NIGHT, IN THE BASEMENT OF SUGARCUBE CORNER, PINKIE WAS CHANNELING THE COSMIC FORCES OF THE FOURTH WALL IN A WAY NO MARE WAS MEANT TO. RISING FROM THE DEPTHS OF OF HER MIND, THEY BECAME FLESH. THEY BEGAN THEIR RAMPAGE, SO PINKIE USED THE LAST OF THE FADING CONNECTION TO HER MIND TO GIVE THEM ONE WEAKNESS. Or, you know, plot convenience.
  5. I'm not too fussed. In general, I'll watch anime over manga (and a good dub over sub). Currently, the only anime I'm really interested in is One Piece. I watched the dub up until it stopped, watched it subbed until it stopped and I read the manga and watch the newest episodes every week. As for filler in anime, it's really a case by case basis for me. Some can be good, some are just awful.
  6. 9/10 Deus ex is my favorite game ever for story and HR was a pretty good follow up. Where did you your avatar and is there a JC Denton equivalent?
  7. Rich decided to try climbing the wires. If he got close enough, he could use his unicorn magic to pull it over the edge without causing too much harm to himself. Rich put the Artium rifle far out of the reach of the falling artium and tried propping the flashlight on it so he could see what he was doing. He looked for anything he could use as a platform to boost him self up before the climb and left his rifle leaning close to the wires.
  8. Rich looked around for a way up other than climbing the wires. Maybe he could find something long and knock it off the platform. 'Strange how it's out in the open rather than in the generator.' Rich thought to himself. He readied his rifle in case it was a trap. "Anyone in here?" Rich asked.
  9. 'These tunnels must extend under the walls of the generator room. They're probably here to do maintenance on the power cables that go to the rest of the prison.' Rich thought. He decided to explore a little way to see if he was right, then return to the main generator. He decided to stick to the the left paths. He tried to memorize what the way he came down looked like.
  10. "Don't worry. If I get attacked I'll try and throw the flashlight back to you." Rich didn't like the idea of climbing the gears. I'd be a design flaw to have to carry the Artium up there every time it need refueling anyway. He decided to try the lower paths first. "I don't suppose the others have had any luck finding a transport container?" Rich called back to Crimson.
  11. "Alright, I guess I'll get in the suit. Look around for some kind of portable storage container. I don't want to get radiation sickness or anything from when we take it back." Rich wondered how much they might get for the radiation suit from Red. Rich walked to the largest entrance he could find and looked inside. "Can I borrow a flashlight or something?"
  12. "I'll look to see if there's a computer console anywhere, would somepony mind watching my back? I don't think we should climb into anything without knowing how it broke in the first place. I don't want somepony knocking something and getting trapped in there. Look around for any damage or anything that might be a way to access the Artium from the outside. It'd be quite a design flaw to need climb through its innards every time it need refueling. " Perhaps there would be a manual or something somewhere.
  13. "The generator would probably be a good place to start, since we're after a power source." Rich was optimistic, despite having to carry both his rifle and the artium rifle. Red had to think they would succeed, otherwise he'd be getting nothing out of it.
  14. Rich refused to let himself be surprised. "It wasn't that much of a mystery, what else would we be after, gears and springs? Yeah, we've decided your options seem the most reasonable. Give us a map and we'll give you a quarter of the Artium we find on our expedition. Deal?" .
  15. Rich isn't really evil, just a bit of a dick. More of an anti-hero than a villain. If he met your OCs he'd probably spend most of the time trying to annoy them.
  16. Rich explained to the team Red's proposed targets and the price that came with it. Compared to Deadeye and Ironsides' suggestions, giving up 25% seemed pretty reasonable. "If we find some things worth trading, we could try buying it back. I didn't mention that we were looking for Atrium. If we do choose Red, we should tell him what we're after. That way, if he knows it's a waste of time for Atrium, he'll tell us and it'll save us the effort.
  17. Here's one for you, if you need some. http://mlpforums.com...tted-rich-r1401 Summery: Spotted Rich is a upper class jerk, generally selfish and uncaring. He can be charming when he wants to be, but he rarely does though. His special talent is powerful sleep magic that he can use to put ponies to sleep and control their dreams. He's willing to break rules if it suits him, but he has very little ambition to be a criminal, as he is supported by his wealthy father. He thinks of himself as an intellectual, and he will think up complicated plans to use his sleep magic in petty, harmless revenge. He lives in Trottingham but is often traveling around Equestria. Sometimes, during his travels, his father will refuse to send him money, leading to "wacky high jinx."
  18. I have a birthmark on the right side of my stomach, about 1x.5cm large. It's notable for me because I also have a similar sized scar on the left side of my stomach, a bit higher, from when I had chickenpox as a kid. So I have a small section that's darker than the rest of my skin, and a small section that's lighter.
  19. "I'll see what the others have to say." Rich decided against mentioning the "Warden," he didn't really want to explain everything at the moment. He returned to the meeting spot and waited for the others, hoping they'll have potential leads that will cost less.
  20. Rich thought briefly. 'The plan is to find a generator or some other kind of machinery and strip it of its Artium. Ponies might not appreciate them taking out the power.' "Well, if I was letting those three go off on their own, I couldn't guarantee they'd be smart enough to figure out if what they're doing might come back to bite them on the flank. But believe me, I want to cause as little trouble as possible, and I won't let them do anything stupid." Rich moved a bit closer and lowered his voice. "We're looking to salvage some materials from machinery. Obviously, the less they've already salvaged, the better. If you can help us find some decently preserved machines, give us a map or whatever, and we find what we want, we'll be in your debt. Of course, we'd have to pay you for the info upfront. Tell me what kind of machines and what kind of condition they're in, I'll discuss it with the others and if your seem the most promising, we can do business, "
  21. Rich knew he'd have to try and patch things with Red. "I guess I should apologize for yesterday. I was too busy trying to sound clever, I ended up being sounding like a smart-ass, no of offense to any donkeys around here. I'd just like you to know, If I'm available. I'm willing to lend you a hoof." Red was a smart pony and Rich knew it wasn't wise to onto grudges in here. "I took your advice. I've got myself a weapon." Rich gestured towards the simple rifle. "Only I ended up having to join this gang of runners, Crimson Red and his crew. They were a bit quick to blame the new guy when things went wrong, but they seem OK overall. We went into the tunnels last night and found some stuff. Now we're looking for something specific, and I was hoping you might be able to help."
  22. "Well don't look at me, I became a runner just yesterday." Red would probably know something, but the others probably wouldn't want to have to deal with their biggest competitor. Rich didn't really want to deal with him, he had a appreciation for his straight forward thinking after the others kept picking on him, but he still didn't want to have to apologize to Red for being annoying. Still, he did want to investigate his theory about Red knowing the "warden." "I guess we better start seeing who has a map we could borrow."
  23. Nice name. I like the idea of an artist pony drawing their cutie mark and it appearing on their flank. A Unicorn that can't do magic is a depressing idea, I like it. 9/10 http://mlpforums.com/page/roleplay-characters/_/spotted-rich-r1401
  24. Daaaw, so cute. Pinkie looks so happy and Berry is just like, "Yes, yes. I like you too." 10/10
