    New picture: Filly Celestia's Birthday As with my Cheerilee picture, this one was made for this compilation on Equestria Daily for Celestia's (And Cheerilee's) voice actress Nicole Oliver's birthday.     I'd say Twilight has read a LOT of books about flying just for fun (Its the kind of thing she does) so she'd probably know the techniques. Still I do think her learning to fly would've made a cool episode for season 4. (Like having bother her and Scootaloo learning from Rainbow)

This picture was made for the Equestria Daily MLP Birthdays Compilation for Nicole Oliver (Who voices Cheerilee). On the 22nd of February its her birthday and EqD is making a big post with art drawn by all of us to celebrate.     Time for a new picture: This time we have Blossomforth. Not too much to say about this one, but before anyone asks the reason you can't see freckles on both sides of her head is that her head is turned slightly. Still you actually find that with freckled ponies you rarely see them when the pony is facing forwards. Enjoy

    So I take it the colours were fine? Its still good. Obviously you still have to get a lot of practice, but its good for someone new to drawing ponies.

    Here you go: I hope I got the colours mostly right, as I wanted to be as accurate as possible. For once I did like making the eyes for Amy. Very different. So what do you think?

    Hasbro has done similar things with people making fan-made content for Magic the Gathering (Hasbro owns Wizards of the Coast) including taking down a Pony themed Magic set. Recently they have begun trying to take down several Tumblr's with MTG related fanart.

    A lot of the time bronies will come up with all kinds of names for new background ponies and one of them will just stick and then its used everywhere.

    Thats very nice. I do quite like you art style. Its definitely a lot different than most styles I've seen lately (Including mine).

    Thanks Anyways, I haven't been vectoring for very long myself actually. When I started I found these tutorials very useful: http://mlp-vectorclub.deviantart.com/gallery/34905690 I never really bothered with those youtube tutorials as the people in them don't really explain what they're doing and its often difficult to understand unless you have at least some knowledge of the subject.

    I never changed your whole idea behind the founding of the Night Guard. You do mention how Joan got volunteers from the regular Guard to help. Thunder could just be one of those. Anyways that was fast! Very nice. I may give Amy a go, but not this week. I'm in the middle of some stuff right now.

    I know a lot of people seem to think Twilight will become instantly OP, but if she does indeed permanently stay an alicorn it would be interesting to see her learn how to use her new powers, especially if she doesn't know anything about them. It would be great if she didn't know how to fly (Maybe giving us an episode where she learns from Rainbow, maybe alongside Scootaloo).

    I'm in a similar mindset to you. I'm not 100% on the idea, but I do want to see how it plays out. I mean they've said her personality won't change and that her change will present a whole new set of challenges for her. I trust the writers. I mean they've rarely let us down as of yet. I still would've preferred that they didn't make this change, but now as we can't avoid it we just have to wait until the episode airs before declaring the end of the fandom. And even then I don't think it'll end because of that.

    I don't mind her being an alicorn, but I would like to see how different she looks next to normal ponies (As in size etc). She'll look out of place is she's massive. Oh well, we still don't know the context of this change yet, and it may not be as bad as a lot of people have been freaking out about.

    Hey everyone. I have been drawing pony pictures for over a year now and I have just recently started making pony vectors (Based on my own pictures, at least for now). I just thought I'd share them with everypony here in this great forum. So here are the vectors I've made so far: Adorable Inkie: This one was my first vector and it is quite rough.     Just got back from my local Gatecrash prerelease. It was awesome! In the morning prelrease I came 1st overall with an Orzhov/Boros hybrid (My box was for orzhov). My deck in that one was quite fast as I got 4 Truefire Paladins, 3 Wojek Halberdiers and a bunch of high toughness extort creatures. Fun times. In the second one I played a simic/gruul hybrid deck with a whole bunch of big creatures. I didn't do as well in that one and came 6th (Mana screwed a few times).
