  1. Why would I want to argue with the OP? Brony was gender neutral when I entered the fandom. No pony even had to tell me that. I was able to figure it out on my own. So there's nothing to argue about when it comes to changing it cuase it never needed changing in the first place. I simply shared that "pony" makes for a better all round word. You can have fake brony... but are you even you going to tell me that you would have a problem with being called a pony in casual conversation? I Nor was I even disagreeing with your view in case you hadn't noticed. Yeah, I pushed your buttons a little. Truth hurts. This whole "brony" thing you're all afraid to be, ISNT that hard. The only ones that make a lot of this hard ARE you guys. I AM being myself out there "pony". I don't have a problem with someone coming online to find me and see what i have to say. Can you say the same?
  2. First of all, I used the word "pony" in the anecdote. That's P. O. N. Y. I obviously have to spell it out for you cause you can't read properly. It also stands for the Power Of a New You. So the only thing your weakening is your ignorance so your welcome to the new you pony.
  3. I know what the OP was talking about and I said my peice about it. My behavior that your questioning is in reference to how many ponies keep changing they're usernames. Sure I can call you brony or pegasister based on gender. I pointed out how it's still kinda flawed and shared my experience in using the word pony.
  4. This... I have to counter argue a little about word of the day thing... I call someone a "pony". Plain and simple. You see... from my experience and I have done this, it's the truth... I have litterally made it a part of my personality to say it with meaning. I mean, come on pony (for example) has a good soft touch regardless of gender because it's genderless. What are we really? I know this much... I haven't met a brony that was EVER offended by being referred to as pony in natural conversation. But non brony's... Do find it odd. Someone close to me one day burst back and shout at me "Stop calling me a pony! I'm not a pony! blah blah blah) so that's when I knew, he would NEVER be a true brony, even though he enjoys watching the show more then he would even admit. to any pony reading this reply. Try it with your brony friends. Slip the word pony in when emotoinally responding about something. For example let's say they said something stupid. You respond with "Pony.... seriously..." and there you have it, you used pony in reference to them as an individual regardless of gender. Let's something happened and you have to say. "I don't know pony, that haters going to get it one day." So get out there and ponify yourself and your friends. Or use names. I prefer Twilight all the same. Don't see me changing my name like some of you guys changing yours more then the diapers your moms changed on you combined do you? No? Then settle down and pick a name pony. (see? used it again. Not hard huh?)
  5. I'm out there loud and proud. I'm so loud I don't even need to say a word cause it's so fucking obvious. I've never had anyone get all up in my face about it so either a) Alot of you need to grow a set of bigger ones in the nut sac or double the fun of your ovary size. or Get your parents a subscription to parent magazine and tell them if they have a problem come talk to me and then i'll be an adult talking to an adult that sucks so bad their own kids live in fear of them and the rest of the world.
  6. No it's not. It's the truth. It doesn't matter who you are. It's still you that would. Whether it's something you say, or an action you perform, or a words you write, a song you put on, or a person you help. So the question also is what kinda of crying? Tears of joy? Sadness? Loneliness? Anger? Rage? Dispair?
  7. It doesn't matter who ask's the question, the answer in it's simplicity is... You.
  8. Love is energy Love is emotion Love is a fequency Love is a desire Love is a motivator Love is a power Love is a gift Love is something you find and learn about. Love is a question Love is an answer Love is "E"qually in front of you, ahead of you, and behind you. Love is a Polarity Love is a choice Love is a Force Love is Elohim.
  9. Am I seriously the only one with enough attention span to see at the end of the video it said: Probably A Brony. ?
  10. to be honest... I'm indifferent... Rucka.. .it's good to actually see you in this thread. Let me say "hi." Your song was in fact minorly amusing... I read everyone's comments first before watching it myself. It was in fact clever... But there's something I think everyone seems to be missing from the entire equation. Me. Why is that? It's because I see what your actions are in doing whether you're aware of them or not. I'm aware that there ARE sooo many out there that know nothing of our existence still even to this day. Unfortunately due to... the unique nature in which some people are.... They would take a video like yours and have it make up their minds negatively about bronies without having genuinely understood that we're still people even if certain stereo types might be true. I meet people all the time that never knew we exist. Met woman once that was trying to tell her sister of our existence and her sister thought she was making it up. It would be terrible if the very first video she ever saw was that video of yours whether it was a joke or not. It's like giving genuine haters material to use as a byproduct of negative implications jokingly made. In other words... spread hate and not know it. But there's something also interesting that I would add on my own accord. There isn't a person I know that could say any of those things are the truth about me. I'm out in the world working just like everyone else. That in and of itself is already a struggle regardless of what walk of life or occupation you come from. Such a video adds to its struggle becuase at some point, I probably AM going to defend my position on physical level. There's already brony's afraid to wear t-shirts... This would be one of those reasons. Because you americans despite you think is wisdom above all is your greatest enemy, you feed on your own bullshit propaganda and therefore are afraid of yourselves. Another note I would make is that If the vid's been out two years... and it's still the first day I saw it. Can't be that popular. But then again, I'm selective about what I do online. I have enough things to do offline as it is. I still warn you all... That video IS the perfect example of negative propaganda in war you are fighting that you cannot see, but are equally a part of.
  11. what in the world was going on in that mind of yours at the time....?
  12. The fandom later started after in a previos moment in the earth's timeline, I thought to myself and questioned "wonder what my students are going to be like...?" I'll let you wrap your head around that for a while. lol
  13. Well... it's actually kinda awesome to talk some fellow lovers of the chariots of our Gods... Although i'm no biker rolling around like a cage'r in my iron steed, I do have a 2005 Derby Bullet for hot sunny days. Taken from another thread: 97 Mustang GT 2001 Cobra Engine, BBk shorty headers, Summit Racing H-Pipe, Flowmaster 40's, 4:10 rear end, B&M short shifter, MSD Ignition, 2001 Cobra seats, H&R Super Sport Springs, Bilstein HD shocks and struts, 93 Octane tuned, 18 inchc Chrome Cobra R rims with Summito tires (grip like crazy), importantly alarmed and a nice... stock purple paint (my fav color) I have 3" keychain plush versions of Fluttershy and Twilight on the front dash suction cupped to the windshield "IF you know what i mean..." Although I have 6" plushes of the main six altogether was thinking of putting them on the rear dash. My other vehicle is a 2011 Ram SLT 4x4 QC I use for work. Man... stories like that break my heart. A lot kids these days simply don't know how to drive or don't know what it means to earn something and driving it. The pain of fixing something cause you can afford the part and install yourself but not the shop rate or the time is sometimes what it's all about. Hell, my stang gave me no problem until one morning alternator didn't work. Still... easy change... but sometimes it's hard to comprehend that most people barely have the knowledge about the vehicle they drive or it's capabilities.
  14. Their second question should be: Wtf happened to your grammar, english, and spelling, or did you fail those at school?

  16. A brohoof solute to you pony. Your response says what I've said earlier and that IS where guys education DOES come from. It's true not all of us may feel this way but it stands as testament that IS what the world kinda wants guys to think or believe. Sometimes what we see on tv about subjects is like a moving meme picture that reflects societal reality whether we believe it or not. if rainbow were in fact a color choice I would have chose that. But, this IS a public forum and therefore, who's to say that this would never be read by the outside world that has little problem understanding the color scheme. I did it thinking and not knowing how big the thread would be. But naturally I would think if one wanted skim through the thread and be able to read specific responses it's now easier to do. It's not about fighting any power, but acceptence of a current norm we can all can at least tolerate regardless of belief. No offense taken at all. : ) I thank everyone for their contributions so far. So I DO have something... I don't have a wife or kids so this little bit is second hand but it makes sense. I remember reading this story long before Twilight Circuits came into being but it was a woman telling the readers about how every woman has a section in their drawer silently labeled "period underwear" According to what she wrote. She said that when a girl is on her period, either she chooses from the secret section of the drawer or chances are good that another "victim" get's to be put in the spot in drawer for possible use next time round. Any ladies care to confirm or deny that or simply comment?
  17. A valiant effort in contribution we all thank and bless you for. This here pony's is a perfect example of a good share. Kay Dreamer, I give you a high brohoof salute! If I had the money, i'd send you a tail but i don't so the a brohoof will have to do.
  18. I don't want to make anyone uncomfortable deliberately. But the truth would be still be truth. How are we supposed to know what you go through and how you deal with it and what you would want from your partner if there is one. This isn't about trying to make woman uncomfortable, this about trying to get the real world out. Science already says you do it every month for a variety of different reasons depending on the health issue. I don't need to research online to find some scholastic BS they taught you in high-school which if you don't know is still jack fucking shit as far as i'm concerned. That's one of the reasons why you have boyfriends and husbands that don't care or don't know what to do and then turn around be like "whaaa my boyfriend doesn't like me" True education is experience directly told. Reading some medical paper from a supposedly educated individual isn't the same thing as hearing it from the horses mouth, pony. edit: damn spelling
  19. That's just it pony.... THINK.... you had a mother that went through it... My point here is that THIS IS the time to think back and go "What WOULD I like to know or get confused about it?" I don't want to derail the thread topic so this the last I'll speak about it in here.
  20. I feel like a i'm reading an excuse rather then looking at a pony that probably actually would have a genuine question of some sort. I mean come on, by now everything you've pretty much heard as either been schoolastic or simply based upon "what you've head out there". Surely in all this time nothing came to mind that you would ask?
  21. So if we're going to go by the book... I did say... Challenege accepted: http://mlpforums.com/topic/101340-what-do-you-woman-go-through-during-your-periods-content-warning/
  22. In another thread in response to Evil Dragon Master, here it is. Alright listen up every pony. Since the dawn of woman kind, they have always bled for us. That is no secret. But what IS kinda secret about this whole monthly period thing? The truth would be the general male population actually doesn't know much about it. As a matter fact, I'm perfectly confident in saying this is how generalizations get made about it simply because men with their wife or girlfriend go through this thing, called an "experience". What experience? The experience that let's you call up or meet up with so called other male best friend and go "oh man... she's on the rag again..." So enough of this horse hockey. I want the straight damn goods girls, and you should be prepared for a couple hard questions from male readers if they dare ask them. But what do I want? I want you to tell the male population what you actually do go through during this time period. Symptoms, emotions, functions. There's no holding back. Don't care care or think about what might seem unpleasent to read for us. The world needs to know. So your a guy and you've had experience with this? See below. So your LBGTQ and don't want to feel left out? *brohoof* See below. What am I am doing is this: I invite all types to share their experience or wonder about a stereotype they might have heard or a rumor they have always wondered. If you are a girl sharing your information or story I want your post to be in pink. If you are a guy sharing your information or story I want your post to be in blue. If you LGBT and sharing your information or story I want your post to be in purple. If you simply have something to say about the matter as a reader/commenter then i'd like your post in red.
  23. I lead a construction crew. Don't even think you could out talk me about excuses and what they mean vs legitimate reasons to leave early or take a day off. From my own experience I've understood and even learned how I used excuses long ago as lies to myself about my own incompetence at the time. Today though, if I made a mistake, I'm not scared to admit it at all. I think more people should admit their mistakes but to save personal disgrace and self embarassment a little white lie is simply easier even it's outcome is a bigger time waster and bigger inconvenience to all involved and not just the excuse maker. AS for why don't I make the thread... It's because I was waiting for someone else's desire to hear about it. Challenge accepted.
  24. Just thought I'd also mention that excuse is a term used for deliberate avoidence of the truth. If the truth is that part yourself can cause embarrasement for yourself that you'd like to avoid, then calling in sick isn't an excuse at that point, it is in actuallity, a valid REASON. I got a better idea.... Why don't you create a thread asking all the girls to tell us what you actually go through during that time. I honestly think the first hand telling would probably settle a lot of matters on the subject.
