I'm a contruction site foreman so I am the boss most of the time. My boss and I get along great. Managing employees... that's been all new to me this round, but I've learned a lot to say the least. I'm not happy, i'm not unhappy as some days it's okay some days an employee has you by the collar ready to punch your lights out. Then there's getting paid by customers... the amount of things to keep track of staggeringly high and keeping peace between employee's has been a challenge. It's given me a new perspective I never had before. A lot of people generally want to know, what IS IT like to be the boss? Cause that's actually what I am now, IS the boss. Although I have to be honest say that I feel I deserve the position and just so we all know, I'm not actually boasting about it or anything. It really is a new thing for me. I generally don't let it go to my head, but when I look at my crew, I see where I once used to be. I actually had been where they are. So I guess when it comes to making it, I guess you could say I made it. How does it feel. You'd never know by looking. But it feels like king of the world. lol
