Dang man, all the color themes look great and they're all really cool. Favorite is definitely Rarity/Radiance. I could really learn something from how you do backgrounds, it just blends so well!

Simple enough. Here's my shot at it: The looping actually went better than I expected, at least it isn't too terribly out there. Also the "blue" tone let me choose less colors which is always great. Anything you want me to change, even if you just want me to scrap it and start over, just let me know Very specific. Let's see what I can do... Ok, here's the deal. The Font Size 9 looks WAY too small, so I made two versions, one following your request to a T and the other a bit more stylized (respectively ordered). I got a japanese discotech type feel from the BG and the hiragana, so I animated the hearts in the BG bouncing a little. I can do more stuff with that if you want or just completely take it out. I just thought it was a bit static for just the blinking.

Ok, so no big pic post today, but something that I found funny did happen to me just now. It's like, 2AM and I decide that I'm about to starve to death so I go into the kitchen and start making food. One thing leads to another and I eventually have an entire banquet of pancakes, nachos, salsa, cereal, potato chips, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Judge me as you will. So anyway I'm sitting there at the table just munching away when my dad walks in to get a drink of water while holding an empty glass. We just kinda stare at each other for a minute (while I had half of a pancake flopping out of my mouth) and he just walks back to bed completely ignoring his desire to get something to drink as though he just quit the whole parenting thing entirely. I almost choked on my BBQ chips I was laughing so hard. TL;DR: Guess you had to be there. So anyway, to make things relevant, here is a picture of something funny I did today:

Maybe it's the time of the year or something, because I can't seem to draw either. I usually sketch out manga all the time in bed, but as of late any sort of hair that I draw looks completely ridiculous. I've even consulted drawing tutorials, but it's like I'm not holding my pencil the right way or something. You could try taking a break like Omny suggested, but I don't know how long of one you would have to take. My advice would be to get some inspiration from something. Watch a good movie or read a book or something that makes an impact and just begs you to release creative freedom (I would suggest Star Wars of course, or As I Lay Dying). Unless of course, you're like me, in which case I need to find a book that inspires me to draw hair :/

Yeah, I agree on the cutie marks. I was just trying to add in some sort of animating quality but maybe I shouldn't put too much in. So here's two different versions I came up with: Hi-Qual still image: The first one looks alright, but kinda simple. So I took your advice with the adding background stuff, and now it might be a bit cluttered but I think it still looks ok. Let me know what you think. Edit: Just realized Selune's stripes aren't whitened on the first one /)_- I can fix that if you decide you'd like that one.

Turns out it didn't take all that much time in the first place. Hope the BG still looks ok in this: If there's anything I didn't catch just let me know. Importing the unicorn magic sprite into after effects wasn't very easy, but I can do it again if need be.

No probs. Here's what I came up with. I got the feeling that you wanted something simple, so I toned down the crazy particle animation by quite a bit. However, things started to add up and ideas made more layers and bah. I'm afraid it might have come out too complex still, so if you want to change it just ask. Also, had a tough time vectoring Fenix, so I used an MLP phoenix vector instead. :/

Hm, I'm not very good at custom drawing, but I'll see if I can vector them and they have some pretty dang good art too. I like Selune's design especially, not too overpowering but still very unique. under the FAQ. And thanks, I like your avatar by the way. Now when you say that, do you want the actual hatakana-hiragana symbols? (デジタルモンスターサイズの9) Or do you prefer the romanization of the text (Dejitarumonsutāsaizu no 9). Or am I just completely misconstruing what you are saying and you want something else? Sure I can! If you have the background to your current sig on hand, that would be a great help. @ I thought it was adequate. The magical white potion seemed to resolve the story a bit too quickly. But the animation... EPIC!!!
