technology Problems with Wacom Intuos

Recently, my Wacom Intuos tablet has started to lag after a few days of installing it, so I sought to find a YouTube video on how to make it stop lagging. I did so, but in return, it will now no longer recognize SAI's stabilizer, nor will it recognize its drivers installed (which does not improve its glitches). Plus, I can't get another replacement because not only did its warranty expired, but also guarantees no success in mitigating its problems from lagging and not recognizing the stabilizer. Can anypony help me?

Mine does the same thing, it's really annoying.  http://us.wacom.com/en/support/drivers/ You'll have to download a new driver for it every time it lags.  That's the only way I've found that works for mine.
