Hasbro is primarily a toy company, they will always prioritize the merchandise over the shows if needed to choose between them. Disney, on the other hand, is at it's heart, an animation company. Nope, can't say I like the idea considering the company's past and how anti-fan it is. Also, for those wondering how it would affect FiM, if Disney were to Hasbro FiM would be cancelled after purchase. Whenever Disney bought a company any shows that were running at the time got cancelled shortly afterwards. To use some examples: Spectacular Spider-Man, Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes and Star Wars: Clone Wars. Honestly though, has Disney really done anything to the Marvel Universe that bad?! I like to think that nothing would change and the show would go on the same as it is, as normal. I think either that would happen or the show would just be cancelled altogether, or the show would go on as normal but Disney would suggest (and by that I mean "force") for the show to go in a different direction, and it might change in an undesirable way. Worst case scenario: the show goes on but the whole crew gets replaced by Disney animators and Disney producers who take it in a whole new, crappy direction and are way faster and harsher on cracking down on fan-made content that makes use of copyrighted material. I think it's safer that things stay as they are and Disney doesn't get Hasbro, because it's iffy to what might happen. And I have no quarrels with how the show is currently really anyways.
