Okay, so we have a bit of an ambiguity problem here. Arceus can be any type, but the rules state the type must be super effective against the previous. Lanturn is water/electric which means arceus must either be a grass type or a ground type. After some analysis on smogon, ground arceus is more viable and would be more likely used.
