I just noticed the Testing Forums... place. What exactly is it for, all It says this:

 

Please keep all test posts in this forum. Note that you will only be able to see your own topics.

 

and that doesn't help very much. What exactly is a test post?

oksy... I kind of get it. But at least now I don't have to use Google Documents to write things out to see if it works before actually putting them in post form now.

There has recently been a Canterlot Castle post on this. Keep up with the subforum for regular sitewide updates. :)
