It's done. I couldn't really fit the whole subtitle so I decided to um, cut it a bit. Tell me if you want the entire thing though, I can keep trying. Here:

I take that back. It's lovely but I think the dimensions are too big. Do whatever you think is best to make it suitable for signatures, please. I know nothing about this stuff. XD
