I would say best Nintendo character is Pikachu for me. He's the mascot for one of Nintendo's biggest franchises.

 

Also Pokemon is one of my favorite games.

It's gotta be Pit. I loved Kid Icarus: Uprising, and of its great cast of characters, Pit was one of my favorites. He's a bit of a generic hero, yeah, but he's cheerful, funny, and a really fun character all around.
