How do you guys even find this stuff?

 

...youtube? Google? Metal Archives? Europe, and Finland in many specific cases, are a hotspot for Metal, mainly Heavy, Death (all types, from Black to Melodic to Brutal Death), and Folk music. Be proud man.

Yeah, I was just wondering cause I personally would never look for music in other other languages than finnish or english.

(except K-pop for lulz when playing Starcraft)

 

But it is awesome if people can enjoy music with language they don't understand. I personally really can't.

While many languages are different, music is universal. It doesn't matter, as long as there's a few key words we can understand (blood, kill, death, war, BEER!, tits), and the music is enjoyable, its still good. I listen to a Russian band called Aspid, whose only album has Russian lyrics (sung in Russian) and the music is still fucking awesome. So it doesn't really matter IMO.

Amon Amarth does a pretty good job, not being Power Metal exactly, but Viking Metal is always awesome.

Amon Amarth is pretty good melodic death metal band, but they aren't great. The biggest complaint I have with them is that they aren't very creative. They are good at what they do, but that's about it.

Epic song is epic. I really gotta get this band's albums cuz everything I've heard so far is kinda like Manowar songs where they are just empowering lyrics with epic and blood-pumping riffs and solos and dem drums.
