do you ever make pinkie promises? If you do, do you ever break them? I use it being related to pinkie to my advantage, my friends know i would never break a pinkie promise so it helps them trust me more

I think she could't get too drunk since she was working the day after, and I felt sad for her... so I made the promise so we could make up for it someday.

I use the Pinkie Pie promise with my siblings.

For my older sister, it's so she knows I'm not gonna back down on a promise. She's not a big fan of the show, but she knows not to break a Pinkie Pie promise either.

 

For my little brother, I have used it to reassure him. For instance: He wanted water in the middle of the night but was too scared to get it 'cause it was dark. I also have a fear of the dark, but I walked with him, "Pinkie Pie promising" that nothing was gonna happen to him. It soothed him greatly.
