Live Forever 316 July 20, 2014 Share July 20, 2014 Well... no. I think I went too far. You're normal compared to me. Rarity is the best thing in my life. Where would I be without her? Nowhere I'd like to be, that's for sure.

As for the original question, I would not say that there is such thing a as too many ponies so you should be good. Admiral Regulus 2,769 July 20, 2014 Share July 20, 2014 (edited) Sit back and enjoy your obsession while it lasts. Trust me, you won't always have it—and when you lose it, you'll be a sad, sad puppy. It's good to have things that you enjoy, even to the point of obsessiveness. That's what makes life worth living... hell, I'd say it's integral to sanity. MilesTheLunar 67 July 20, 2014 Share July 20, 2014 Not really. I mean, as long as you aren't ignoring actual needs- like your job, food, or friends- then your fine.

Rainbow S.D. 546 July 20, 2014 Share July 20, 2014 Call me when you get a cutie mark tattoo. More like when you paint your whole body a coat color, then proceed to dye your hair a color of a pony. 1 My Youtube Channel I upload clips, animations, and other stuff. Zekromic 1,054 July 20, 2014 Share July 20, 2014 Obsession it's when you do such things at the expense of something really important, otherwise I don't think so, enjoy ponies your own way
Jeric 46,854 July 21, 2014 Share July 21, 2014 No, this isn't my only fandom! I'm a Browncoat (fan of firefly) as well! Firefly = No, buying an extra of something does make you 'too' obsessed, As I have said before ... if it doesn't effect your ability to functionally survive in society (ie you spend your mortgage payment on plushies and cons) then spend away. You have to know what your limits are. The simple fact that this is weighing on your mind is a sign that you are aware that there is a line you may not want to cross. That is healthy think RPB. Now if you said, "Help ... I'm homeless cause Ponies." Then yeah ... that would be too obsessed. < obsession doesn't always work out well.
\/ 651 July 21, 2014 Share July 21, 2014 Plenty of things could be taking it too far, but this is fine. You know I almost walked into a Build-a-Bear in Boston on a field trip because I wanted a stuffed Twilight, but alas, my friends (and enemies) would have found out I was a brony, and the rest of the day would've been... problematic. Getting pony plushies is not overobsessive. Trying to build a life size replica of Ponyville would be. 1 Enter the Forest...

Ashen Pathfinder 16,161 July 21, 2014 Share July 21, 2014 Well, considering sports fans are considered normal even when they adorn their entire house with merchandise of their favorite team, player, or driver (if they follow racing), I would have to say you're quite normal. paradoxical 1,735 July 21, 2014 Share July 21, 2014 Today I've just bought my second Build a bear Rarity just because she has a new symbol under her hoof! Is that going too far? It depends on various issues. If you're buying toys instead of food, or clothes or other things you feel you should value more then it is (to may be) a problem. If you have no room to function in your house you're having a problem.
