Do you ever struggle with sleeping?

I do, because of my work where I start, mostly at night. But I'm using a spray that helps me sleeping really well!

Don't mind me, just waiting for my pancakes.

Every single night is a struggle now. The trend is positive, but I am in the midst of a deep ditch. I remember what sleep being FAR less complicated was like. I am a long way from there, but as long as I haven't forgotten, maybe I can find my way back.

I do at times. My job throws around my schedule. They put me days and then later nights. It is frustrating but, melatonin helps along with monster energy and breakfast (the kick starter)

Is this an illusion?…

Not struggling lately. I’ve been sleeping pretty hard thanks to my good friend Melatonin, or in some cases one third of an Advil PM (never more than two nights in a row). That puts me in another world.

I don't have insomnia or anything but it usualy takes me a whole hour, at least to fall asleep and on occasion i end up waking up at 3-4 in the morning for no reason.
