Jane looked scared after everything had happened.

(A few hours after all Jane, King, Kelly and Void, sought Mariah)

Once King heard this he just kept acting like a real bird as Jane was still on the hoof of Mariah and he was thinking to himself that he didn't mean to come off that way... He didn't mean to act like he was going to kill her.

He quickly just got the thought out his head and kept acting natural in case Mariah said anything else, if she didn't say anything else he was going to fly of and turn back but he stayed to see if she would say any more.
